I got a set of four of these as a wedding gift. I am six foot six inches and I am pretty hefty. I have always despised normal folding chairs, they are too flimsy and I always fear breaking one. Well these chairs are so strong Im sure you could park your car on one with no issue. They not only are strong but are very comfortable with the contoured design.

I have used these lifetime chairs at events that range from simple get togethers to wedding receptions. These chairs are durable and comfortable. They clean easily and for weddings they are easily fitted with chair covers and look elegant. I have had no problems with these chairs breaking or anything. Will continue to use these for the rest of my lifetime (pun intended).

I purchased 12 of these to have. They are just great chairs, very comfortable and very well made. They will wash up nicely. They are nice to have around for small gatherings, like Christmas, Baby Showers, Pampered Chef Parties, etc. I believe they are a good investment. I have two of the Lifetime Granite tables as well and they are great for Rummage or Garage Sales.

The Lifetime folding chairs are comfortable and hold up great! I chose the black color, since I have seen that the white tables and chairs can sometimes hold stains. The black ones are worth the extra money. They fit in better with the decor and are lightweight and easy to take care of.

I have 2 of these chairs, and they are awesome. Great for all purpose use....sturdy and comfortable. When helping people at a home repair project, I take mine with me so I will have a good place to sit. And they are lightweight as well...forget those fabric fold up chairs !

It's amazing how light-weight yet sturdy the chair is! The only thing you can't do with it is use it like a stool (the seat is plastic without a metal cross-brace), but that's not something ANY folding chair was designed to do.

I am a share holder in a private water ski lake and ski club in northern Utah. Our lake and club has been in operation for 13 years and we purchased 2 tables and six chairs. These products are used almost continually between May and Sept and they have been great. They are durable and can take the use and abuse. We did learn that if placed to close to the campfire the chairs do melt and it is not a good idea to place a hot dutch oven on the table. Both situations were operator error but something to keep in mind. Great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these chairs. Easy to fold, lightweight and holds all sizes of people comfortably and securely. Have had other chairs bow or bend with more weight, these do not. They don't fold up if kids are leaning back.

We tried out four different models--tried them all at home and decided on the Lifetime model 2803. We returned the others and bought more 2803's because it was remarkably comfortable, felt sturdy, and looked nice. When we were paying for them I asked what the weight rating was. The cashier said 500 lbs. WOW! The cheap-o chairs manufactured in you-know-where were only 275 and 300 lbs rating. I'm so pleased to have an outstanding product made in America that I'm leaving the stickers on ours so our friends can see them. And the price was only a little more than the made-in-you-know-where look-alikes. Remember, "the bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten".
