[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought tables and chairs 15 years ago and still have them. The quality you can't find with any other brand. We finally needed to add more chairs as our family is growing. We are heavy set people and these chairs have stayed strong and sturdy. Happy with our purchase.

Love these chairs! They are: (1) extremely comfortable with molded seat, well-pitched back, and do not absorb cold or heat; (2) easy to carry, set-up, stack and clean; (3) substantial, well-made and great-looking.

I called to inquire about leg caps for my Lifetime chairs. Some of mine had cracked and/or were missing and I could not locate any to purchase. The Customer Service Department couldn’t have been more helpful. They immediately agreed to replace what I needed free of charge. They really do stand behind their products. I highly recommend this company.

The customer service was truly beyond what we’ve come to accept from the corporate world. Ian was responding to my email requests as quickly as humanly possible and shipped my parts as soon as I had emailed him with the information he requested in the email. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company.

I called customer service for some help with an item that needed to be replaced. The CS rep was exceptionally knowledgeable, was kind, helpful and took care of our need in less than 5-minutes. We are impressed and thankful that a company exists that still believes that customers are important, and that the customer's satisfaction is the duty of that company.

This is an excellent product. The chair back is high and wide, which gives excellent support for your back. The chair seat is wide and comfortable. We bought these for our church's dining area and everyone enthused about their comfort. I would highly recommend them.
