Bought the open box version for $140. I was definitely skeptical but this was a great purchase. Looks brand new. Mileage may vary obviously but mine was almost perfect with a lot cheaper than new.

this saved me a lot of money like 80 dollars cheaper there's no scratches it came with everything the charger included i would definitely recommend buying open box from Walmart if you don't want to buy full retail open Box is the way to go

If you didn't know this already, you also have to get a subscription for Nintendo, so at most, you'd spend like $50-60 on top of the switch itself. But besides that, it's ready to go! I got a silicone case right after and joystick covers bc I noticed they discolor easily, and I don't want any marks from me dropping it. It is kind of slick without the case and uncomfortable to hold for a long time, so I got the case w back “bumpers” and it helps a lot. I will be getting the mobile controllers (the Nintendo classic two controllers that the switch uses %26 the one that looks like a gaming controller to try out with gameplay, too! It really depends on your WiFi with how fast it'll go, but the speed with loading is pretty fast and offline works very well with offline games. I've never had or played any switches, so this is fun for me. My last Nintendo console was the original Wii, so it's cool to see how far Nintendo has come, even when this isn't one of their newer products. Reminds me a lot of the Nintendo DS or PlayStation mobile consoles.

Perfect little handheld for everyday gaming much more portable then the switch you use on the tv. The only downside is the internal battery other than that it's a great console.

Great product and excellent quality

This system is a waste of money. We brought this as a gift for our 3 year old son and literally we have to charge it 4 times a day. How is it considered portable if your constantly hooked to a charger. We dont even taken it out of the house theres no point you'll have to charge it in a hour or so. And the only charger it works with is the one it came with, which is a super short cord. I dont feel safe having to use an extension cord around a 3 year old just for him to be able to watch his game. Just save up and buy the full size Nintendo Switch not this Lite Model. My other son has the OLED model and it doesnt have this problem.

I gave 2 stars bc they asked for a review prematurely. I didn’t buy these mid November for a random gift; they’re Xmas presents so I have no idea if they will be worth the price yet. I will say that I’m not happy about the raised prices of them. Been $200 since launch and just magically right before Xmas, they raise prices to $225. Guarantee they’ll be $200 again for Black Friday sales and they’ll call it a “deal”. You’re better off buying a Japanese model as they are about $50 cheaper and work the exact same way.
