Good, but inconsistent quality

Looks great. I ordered two and while one of them spins easily, the other is much stiffer. I'm not sure if there's a way to loosen it up so it spins more smoothly.

Beautiful and great size

Received and didn’t even know that it spun also. Looks so good in my kitchen. I wish I could submit a pic but I’m not able to. It is big also.
