It randomly stops outputting sound every few months and it only plays the background sounds of a tv show/movie when I can reconnect it. I have tried every way to troubleshoot the system in the manual, resetting the entire thing multiple different ways and even checked for updates. I finally gave up and just use the TV speakers. This was a waste of money.

The sound quality is crisp, the subwoofer produces amazing bass, and it is far better than any other brand I have used so far. I've tried other audio systems like JBL. And LG , but they don't compare to Samsung audio. It's just tremendously better and more efficient. Better quality over all.
