This combination is a practically invisible sound source that brightens the frame tv image with sound that fills the room I found that the mounting was more of a challenge than the frame tv mounting. A template would be much appreciated to aid with level and spacing below the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound bar has an excellent design a super thin sleek look that could be mistaken as part of the tv as it blends in so well. The sub is also a very small well designed I love the fact you dont need to directly plug these woofers to the sound bar to match up. I ended up putting this behind our sofa to get that rumble effect like in the theaters and it worked well for that. The stand out feature for this set definitely has to be the slim profile of the sound bar it is able to still recreate DTS and dolby atmos (quite well in fact) for the size of the sound bar. Although with beautiful design comes with sacrifices like a loss in some of the deeper lows associated with thicker bigger bodied sound bars and smaller speaker sizes overall. This presents less than ideal sound quality for some types of music and sounds on the movies but for the sleek look these sacrifices i think are okay. The sound loud enough and very clear in the mids I have no issue hearing vocals and talking on tv shows or movies and it rarely drowns out any sounds. I can definitely hear individual sound tracks clearly which i was very surprised. There does seem to be some digital processing within the soundbars software but it seems to be quite good for watching tv shows and movie so i dont really mind it. We do get to areas where the sacrifices are too great for me in this part of the review. There is no full size hdmi and instead the soundbar outputs from a mini HDMI port with a associated micro usb for "service". both of these ports seem very outdated for 2024 and are in desparate need of an update even with the sleek design i feel this type of IO is not useful for most consumers even if samsung provides a cable for the HDMI port. Another minus is that due to the small size a power block is neeed to fully power the sound bar making it another item most people will need to find a place to hide, and thus diminishes the sleekness of the sound bar.

It combines the soundbar and Tv speakers into a beautiful immersive sounding experience. Another feature which really sets this soundbar above and beyond is active voice amplifier. Picture this, let’s say you are watching a show or movie with high background noise and the characters are talking. By having AVA on it will pickup on the noise and amplify the characters taking; so no dialogue is potentially lost and you don’t need to question what was said. The clarification of dialogue allows me to focus on the show without missing any exciting action. If you’re a gamer like my kids are, take advantage of Samsung’s game mode which is found in this soundbar. It provides more immersion and uses the up firing speakers for more intense sound effects from your gaming if you have the latest systems. If music is more your thing, it offers chrome cast and airplay support which provides better quality than your average Bluetooth connection as well Spotify connect. If you have a compatible Samsung phone you can tap the soundbar and your music will automatically switch over. Want to control your smart TV with your voice or pause your music? The soundbar also as voice assistant capability freeing up needing to get another device. I highly recommend this soundbar. So many features packed into a slim package!
