This is our third unit. Our second replacement unit and once again it isn’t working. Save your time and money and go with something else. We make a total of 2 cups a day, there is no reason that it shouldn’t be working.

I am very happy with my Keurig machine, it’s only like 3 steps to a great cup of coffee, hot chocolate and tea. I love all the different favorites you can try, right at your finger tips. You can get the pods almost anywhere

I bought another coffeemaker a week later, I didn't like the fact that it only held 12 oz. of water. The new one I bought holds 75 oz I still have the other one and maybe I might use use it from time to time.

I really love this coffee maker ..The coffee comes out hot..I’ve had others that just brewed warm so that I had to zap in the microwave..what’s the point of brewing coffee..didn’t do much for the flavor..No problem on this unit nice and hot.

I like the size of the K-Mini Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker. One huge problem, the water does not get hot enough. I have had Keurig‘s for years and never had that problem. I had to heat my coffee in the microwave after brewing.

Our coffee maker stopped working, we contacted Keuring. They helped us right away and send us a new one. We received it super fast! I’m super happy with the service.

Replacement was good after a long going through a bunch of steps because they didn't believe it wasn't working. unfortunately I will not be buying anymore keurigs for my business as the quality has gone below par.

I got a K-Mini Plus replacement that was still under warranty.It’s great for our small kitchen and I love how it looks & saves space on our countertops. I got the Gray that goes well with our SS Appliances.

I purchased a mini-plus and for some reason it tools 10-12 minutes to brew 1 cup of coffee... I called customer service & they said... “we will send you our a new one” and... 3 days later I received it!

I love the K-Mini Plus.The coffee taste better.I am using the same brand that I always use,it has a stronger more robust taste.I also love its slim size on my counter top.
