I had a mini unit that was not working and even though it was slightly passed the warranty, the company stood behind their product and replaced the unit.

This coffee maker is making louder than normal sounds. I’m wondering if it’s a reconditioned machine. I have the exact same one in my travel trailer and it doesn’t sound like the new one.

But this one, again is giving me problems. It took 4 try’s and one unplugging to get it to to work. And that’s only after not even 2 weeks. I appreciate keurig awesome customer service tho

This replacement one seems to work properly so far A little high priced though But I really like the fact that it gets fresh water each time and no holding tank

I bought this to travel with on road trips. I’ve only used it once to test it out, but seems to be perfect for our use. The pod storage is an added bonus!

I love this. It is easier to use and quicker to be brewed. Also the variety of capsules offers me happiness what to choose. Beautiful design is the another. It's worth buying.

Very trim and cute. Evening teal works well in our new kitchen colors of turquoise, navy and cream. Delish coffee and you can use a basket for your own coffee and save money on pods. I do both. Get this little Keurig. You will love it!

previous mini coffee maker leaked, keurig honored their warranty. This is an excellent coffee machine. Love that it takes so little counter space with even container for k cups!!!

Our coffee maker stopped working, we contacted Keuring. They helped us right away and send us a new one. We received it super fast! I’m super happy with the service.

Had to replace my 12+ year old single cup maker and what an improvement! So much more sleek in design and I love that the water reservoir is removable - it will be much easier to clean.
