I got very good help troubleshooting, we determined the kaurig could not be repaired. Karuig promptly sent me a new machine at no charge. I am once again enjoying a nice cup of coffee

I really like it however I had wanted the lighter aqua verses the darker aqua that I received. Guess it will do and hope works better that the one that only worked a few weeks.

So far after two months of use my Keurig replacement is working great since my original Keurig only worked for 4 months!! Hopefully Keurig quality and reliability has improved and it works for a year or more like other coffee makers!!

It’s something about purchasing a brand new item.. At purchase price no deals or discounts.. but get a red sticker second hand refurbished item instead.. this is why I hate buying online cause they will send you anything..

Best single serve coffee maker I've found. The foot print is small - perfect. The speed of brewing is faster than I expected. Overall a great find.

I like the fact that it has a very sleek design it doesn’t take up much counterspace. It does seem to take a while to heat the water and it’s very very noisy when doing so not a quick bro

It occupies almost no space on my counter. And brews like the larger keurigs. It only makes up to 12oz so that might be a con for some but not a dealbreaker in my home.

I ordered this Keurig for my grandma it does not work. Would like a new one sent to me. Does not brew the coffee at all, leaks water all over the place . And there is not a hole at the bottom or where the k cup goes to make coffee

This Kurig mini plus was a long coming, I've wanted a coffee maker like this for a long time. it's perfect when you want a fresh cup of coffee quickly. The refillable cups work well too. I'm so pleased with this machine. You will be pleased too!

It does what itsIt does what its supposed to do make a reasonably good single cuppa coffee. So if thats what you want this is a good option. I donI dont think the keurig pod holder is particularly functional. Check out my pic.
