Got my first one year ago- it malfunctioned for some reason and Keurig was wonderful! They sent me a replacement right away in exchange for me sending my defective one for analysis. So far, life has been back to great!

I love this nice, little, simple coffee maker. It's a little loud but do-able. I especially like how nice and helpful the customer service reps are when I needed to call with a question.

Bought the Keurig as a Christmas present for my husband and stopped working a month ago. Contacted Keurig and we received it a week ago! New and working great!

This thing stinks and I’ve been through 3 and not doing it again. I’m done when this one quits I’ll go to a different brand. Keurig this model stinks and gives you a bad name

It’s a great size, color, and makes strong coffee but is a lot louder than our Keurig from years ago. It also splatters the coffee all over the counter.

Love the new custom feature of "strong" coffee option. Enjoy the design to fill and fit under the cabinets. In a short time husband has decaf and I have strong caffeine! Perfect.

Love it. It was just what I needed. A simple way to make one single cup of coffee in the am. I fill the water at night so I’m all set in the am. Coffee always comes out good. Love the strong button for weaker cups of coffee.

So beautiful and convenient for my townhome countertop. I feel like I’m at a coffee shop every morning without being inconvenienced to get in my car and drive to get coffee.
