I bought this coffee maker just a little over 6 months ago and the lift mechanism was defective. I notified the company. Spoke to a very kind and understanding representative. I received a brand new coffee maker, same model and color. Thank you. Now that’s why I’ve been a Keurig customer since 2000.

This is a replacement for a K Supreme that died in 6 mos. The only reason I bought the Supreme was to get brew strength choice....I like strong coffee. I have always used a K Mini and loved them...low and behold I was told Keurig was now making a Mini with a strong brew choice. I LOVE it. My counterspace it happy, I'm happy. Thank You Keurig!

I purchased one unit and had trouble with the operation of it at our cabin, even after it worked fine at our home. I called Keurig and they immediately sent a replacement. The second one works perfectly at the cabin and I hope will continue that way.

I ordered the machine and received it in good time. Had it for a few months, and worked well, except every once in a while, it would make a clicking sound. So, I Called the office and was told that it was normal for the machine to make the noise? Bought me some cup of soup which called for 6oz of water, so I filled the reservoir with the 6ozs pressed the button to brew the water went into the machine light blinking and then everything stopped. it would not brew 6 oz. I had to add another 6oz for it to work. I called KEURIC and they sent me another one, I am on my third machine waiting of a fourth with the same issue.

Absolutely LOVE this Keurig. I had a larger model for years and enjoyed it, but was a lot to clean. This one is great, especially with the removable water reservoir and the k-pod storage included. I also really love the color. We needed something to take up less space, and have used it like crazy since we got it. My husband is sick & tested positive with Covid-19 this week, and has used this a ton for tea (something he wouldn't even drink before). Only drawback is that the machine is quite noisy when drawing in the water to heat up, but if you can get over a 30-second noise complaint then it's terrific.

My last Keurig died after about 13 years. Due to the pandemic, just didn't have the $$ to buy a new one so I've been doing instant for about 8 mos :-( Glad to be brewing again! This model is smaller than my other one and a little noisier, but I'm thrilled nonetheless.

I bought this Keurig Mini Plus so I could make my own coffee at work. It saves me from bringing a cup on the subway to work, having to buy a cup nearby or drink the stuff they brew in the office. It fits perfectly on my desk and I get my own favorite coffee at any time during the day. I will admit I had a little bit of a learning curve in using it - I have the Keurig Elite at home so I'm used to instant brewing and this puppy takes a couple of minutes to brew, but it's worth it!!

I bought this for a rental house vacation. I am the only coffee drinker. I love this little pot and the sleek little pod container. I like being able to make stronger coffee, or not. My favorite feature is the removable single use water reservoir. I know my coffee is always fresh.

My K-Mini Plus stopped working about 6 weeks after I got it - just wouldn't turn on. After a phone call with a very cordial rep who asked me to do some trouble-shooting things to be sure it was broken, they agreed to send me a new one. It took a few weeks until it was delivered, but I was very happy that they stood by their product.

I have had Keurigs for ages! Great machines for sure. Saved my third marriage...so far!! She likes Hazelnut, I like Emeril's DARK roast.. I have had the small single fill units in my condos and on my boats. Great little critters..The new one makes really delicious brew...strong and dark! Butttttttt it has an extra pump noise that I don't like?!?! Just to load the water?? I rather have the good old gravity feed..also, it seems to loose some water in the process...sometimes?? So if I pour in a full cup of water..sometimes a full cup comes out as coffee...sometimes it's 1/4 inch too low??!! Cant live without them!!!
