I purchased the K-Mini Plus for a trip taken a 6 weeks later. When I used it I found the coffee flavor was very weak. I called Keurig to see if I needed to do something to fix the problem. The Customer Service Representative I spoke with was extremely helpful. She checked a few things and offered to send me a replacement unit. I received it and made a cup of coffee that was perfect. I've owned a number of Keurig units over the years. Great product!! Fantastic Customer Service.

When my K-mini plus was not working properly, a representative walked me through the troubleshooting steps. When all that was recommended did not work, she guided me with setting up a replacement. Thank you for your great service and for replacing my coffee maker so easily and in a timely manner.

I replaced a larger model with this one and am satisfied so far. I live alone and usually only have one cup of coffee a day, so it serves my needs just fine. I took one star off because it is a bit noisy. That said, all my prior models with bells and whistles always had something go wrong 2-3 years in so I’m hoping this plain, simpler model will be an improvement. And, it’s a pretty color and takes up less room on my counter.

I bought this to replace my bigger Keurig in my travel trailer. I don't have a lot of counter space so this is the perfect size. Coffee tastes great and it's simple to operate. Although I like the pod holder, it fits so tight it's hard to remove and replace under the brewer. Maybe it will loosen over time.

I had a larger Kuerig but didn’t use it every day and felt it took up too much valuable countertop space. When I saw how small this one was, I made the purchase and am happy with it. Coffee takes slightly longer to brew but not bad at all and so worth it!

I bought this a few months ago. I love the new design and the way the water well comes off for cleaning. The only thing I find different is the temperature of the water coming out. My old single serve Keurig brewed much hotter water at 170º. This one only heats no hotter than 165º. Wish there was a way to adjust the temperature.

Enjoying my newest Kurig, especially the ability to brew a stronger cup of coffee. Also purchased a K-coffee mug. My suggestion is to have the logo on both sides, especially for those who are left-handed, recognizing this will likely increase the cost of the mugs.

This is my 3rd K-Mini Plus Single and it’s still giving me trouble. This one is suppose to be a placement and still not working. Keurig has to know these machines are a problem, I know several people who had faulty machines from stores and the official website purchase.

I appreciate that you replaced my coffee maker with another identical one however, it seems to me that the design of this coffee maker has some flaws even though we have a brand new one and it works we still have difficulty when the water will not come down into the cup Worked around it by adding more water and using 2 cups to collect the coffee but it still has issues and I don’t for see the future of this coffee maker lasting long term. People will get tired of buying it because it has a deficiency, even though it can make a cup of coffee it’s not reliable And coffee pods are wasted as a result.

I returned this product... TWICE! I bought the first one back two months ago and I really liked it. It was simple and good enough for my needs, which is one or two cups of coffee daily. I don't need anything fancy and this did the job. Last week it stopped working properly, only dripping a little coffee before making some noise and stopping. I noticed some hot water coming out of the bottom. Not good. I returned it and got another one. Got that home and after priming it and making one cup of coffee, it wouldn't even turn on. My first k-cup coffee machine, my first Keuring, and no more. One thing, my first one may have been clogged with grounds. I learned after returning that the needles can get clogged. Keurig, why didn't you put that in the instruction manual?! Perhaps if that was the issue and I knew what to do in case of, I might still have it.
