Although my husband & I are not coffee drinkers, we purchased this for the coffee drinkers who visit us. I love the slim features of this machine and the fact it doesn’t take up much room. It fits perfect in one of the corners on my countertop. Also, my mom was impressed with the fact the machine has a strong button since she likes her coffee strong.

Works wonderful, fast hot coffee! Perfect for an afternoon cup to revive my energy! Just pour in your water add your pod and press the button. No worries on sitting water in a reservoir, add as you need! It has a pod storage container- sleek design.

The first one I bought lasted a week before it stopped brewing altogether. The second still brews, but leaks all over the counter from out the sides. It says you can brew up to 12 oz, but when you go to the website support, it says the leaking may happen if you put more than 10oz in the reservoir. Sometimes I put 12oz in the reservoir and get about 8 oz of brewed coffee in my cup. WORST MODEL!!

I only used Brita filter water, and today, after doing a decent cup of coffee and then one of green tea, it would flash the brew light three times and that was it. Tried the 1-866 number but got some guy in SE Asia with a thick accent who tried, but also quit real early. Worst part was Google showed nothing for the three flashes thing. Sad.

Keurig mini k isn't programmable. You put it in the electrical socket and push the on button and light will blink to le you know its ready to put the pod in. get the coffee mug you desire and put the water in the cup and then pour that water into the reservoir,it has markings for max and min.Dont go above the max or under the min line. and push the button on top and wait for it to finish. I was very fasinated that it got hot instantly. I don't drink coffee but I bought tea pods instead. quite tasy too. when unpacking the box theres a store compartment that you must slide out for your coffee mug, it stores 9 pods. Its not complicated at all. I love it and the weather is rapidly changing daily so I decided to get ready now for it early.

My current Keurig stopped working. The one I had and the new one I just received appeared to be one and the same on the app. They are not. My old one had a water reservoir in the back you could easily take off and back on to refill. This one you cannot see the water once it is poured in. I do not like the new style at all. Will be returning. Bought a cheap coffee pot for $12 to use in the meantime.

I bought this thinking it would be easy. But it only takes 12 ounces of water at a time and then you put the cup on me and you have to put the cake cup in press it wait for it to heat up wait for it to brew it takes 3 to 4 minutes per cup to brew, and that's not counting the preparations. I do not like this, and I am returning it.

This machine spills coffee onto counter after while brewing. I use the refillable Keurig pods. I have adjusted the amount of coffee I put in the pod but it doesn’t make a difference. I do NOT overflow the water tank either. I did buy this for 50% off regular price but it DOES NOT meet my expectations. This is my second Keurig coffee maker and will be my LAST!

I bought this as an extra Keurig to bring with me when I travel. Then I can have “real” coffee in my room. It works perfect for that purpose. Just bring a jug of water & some pods. I have a regular size Keurig with a reservoir at home for daily use. A note of caution… Keurig products have not proved reliable for more than 2 years but I like the convenience.

When filling water tank it is difficult to see the ounces because there is no contrast; it is clear on clear. When I use the 8oz measure I only get about 4 ozs of coffee so I am always using the 12oz measure. As far as coffee taste, it is good when I brew it on strong. The only reason I bought a new coffee maker is because my old one quit working.
