I came home to a giant box one day and was extremely excited to see my keurig come in! Unboxing it was exciting for me. I set it up in my kitchen. I loved how tiny it is. It’s perfect for the dorms as I am a college student. It was simple to use. Just plug it in. Pour the water in the tray in the back. Pop in your k-cup and press the start button and walla! Delicious coffee! I love that it has a feature to make your coffee strong. I just had one minor issue which might have been my fault. I filled it to the max level and it was leaking. Not too sure if that was on me or the keurig but other than that it was a good experience. The coffee came out delicious. The pods holder is a plus. I was given this as a gift and was super excited to finally have my own Kuerig. I have used multiple style machines via friends and family, and I have to say, I found this machine to be the most complicated of any of the styles I’ve personally encountered. The first time I go to brew coffee each time, the first fill of water just runs with no coffee, and I personally do not have time to wait for this first initial ‘water cup’ each time I go to make coffee in the morning. Also, its very apparent when to actually push the button the brew the coffee. I find myself waiting forever and fussing with it by wasting multiple kcups to get the right brew or I’m in a rush hoping this little guy does it’s job and end up with a grossly watery coffee. One postive is that it is tiny and sleek and doesn’t take much room at all on the counter, but I find this product to be difficult for how ‘easy’ they are advertising for.

I am very happy with this machine! I read many reviews that said it stops working after a while, and that is true. But if you have hard water like we do, you must pour in a descaling solution or vinegar water mixture and run it through once then two more times with water. Also pop out the pod holder and rinse snd wipe out water container, esp the valve that takes in water. Takes all of ten minutes to do. It works like new after! Requires cleaning about every two months.

I love this new keurig! It brews so quickly compared to other makers!! I also love that this keurig is portable! I brought it with me on our family camping trip, it was perfect to have for a morning cup alone watching the sunrise! I got this $$$ for Christmas for use in coach while traveling. The cord is too short to use and I refuse to use an extension cord over the sink. The puncture of the pod is difficult and I have to puncture by hand. One thing over the larger unit is the coffee is finally warmer. I put this unit in my home as old one died. Short cord again....bad design for us. I have to crook my neck under the cabinet to add water ....

This is the second one of these I have bought.. since my first I accidentally jammed it up with coffee grinds. I was using the insert you can buy, so I could use my own coffee blend, and forgot the put the rubber seal in the top, coffee grinds leaked inside it and everywhere, voiding my warranty, it was only a month old. (Silly me) anyway.. I HAD to get me another. This thing brews a lovely hot cup in about 32seconds. Absolutely fantastic. I got the newer version that has the iced coffee function!

I've held off for years on buying a Keurig. I broke down and purchased this mini for a trial run. Less then two weeks old and it will not disperse the correct amount of water (with a pod in it) for 8, 10, or 12 oz. It will disperse the correct amount of water, sometimes, without the pod. So disappointed, but now I know not to buy a larger machine.

I usually make a cup of coffee in the morning with a french press because I am the only person I have to make coffee for. However, when my mom comes to town she HATES using my french press because it is too much fuss. So she has a small dingy coffee pot that clutters my kitchen that I just want to get rid of and now I finally can!!! The Keurig K-Mini Plus is perfect for my house because it is compact and can easily be put away and pulled out for my *many* guests! My favorite feature is that it comes with a mini storage box to put the coffee pods in. The brew is also very good. I used high quality organic coffee pods and it was just as good as my french press. This machine is PERFECT for my extra small kitchen apartment. Over the past few years, I’ve tried Keurig coffees at friends houses, local businesses, etc. and couldn’t seem to justify getting one because of the bulk and my limited counter space. But THIS machine fits neatly between my other appliances with no issues! So far, I’ve tried the Donut Shoppe, cafe Caramel, and the apple cider K-cups and I’ve loved all of them! I am so grateful for the “strong brew” button to help keep me awake while studying scripts and music. Its a good single serve coffee maker. My daughter loves it. She says that it’s easy to store and that she loves the fact that she just pops in a k-cup and brew her coffee right into her thermos and go. She had a 4 cup coffee maker but found that this one was much easier and clean up is much easier since she doesn’t have to worry about a filter and a carafe.
