Doesn’t last...
We purchased this machine less than 5 months ago and have had so many issues. First, this model often will shut off instead of brewing. I’ve had long battles with it trying to get it to brew. Now the machine is completely dead and won’t even turn on. My husband and I each brew 2 cups per day—apparently that was enough to do this machine in! It’s a shame, because we did enjoy it when it was working. I would be hesitant to spend money on a Keurig again.

Super convenient!
I really enjoy this product. The small size is nice, because it doesn't clutter up my limited counter space. I also really appreciate the little holder that is built-in for cup storage. The machine is so easy to use, so that was a huge plus as well. I honestly have no complaints about this product at all. So easy!
I have two coffee pots right now that get used pretty regularly. One for coffee and one for tea. I was so excited when I received this one complimentary for my honest review because I’ve always been interested in the single serve machine because I like to have a cup of hot chocolate in the mornings instead of coffee which my husband prefers so this incredibly easy set up, easy to use machine is now just for mama’s hot cocoa.

Water partially drains then brewer shuts off
Please forgive the wordy review, but there is much to write about this product. Before proceeding, allow me to preface my remarks by stating I performed a lengthy review of customer comments & reviews across multiple sites, and I concluded this product was worth the price even though there was the potential for a couple of specific yet seemingly minor technical issues. Never before have I experienced issues with any of the four previous Keurig brewers I've owned, but I purchased this model to use at work (primarily for its small profile and purported ease-of-use). I still maintain one brewer at home and I donated one to my office, and those are still going strong. I purchased this three weeks ago and have been able to enjoy four, maybe five full cups of coffee even though I've attempted to brew a cup at least twenty times. Similar to dozens upon dozens of complaints/reviews almost exactly like mine, this is what I'm experiencing: the brewer partially drains two to three ounces of water then does absolutely nothing other than sitting idly by until powering down after about 30 seconds. Once that occurs I repeat the process of attempting to brew a cup of coffee, except I don't add more water because there already is water in the internal reservoir. Again, the brewer drains two to three ounces of water before powering down after roughly 30 seconds of 'inactivity'. (It certainly isn't heating the water!) I repeat this process until the external reservoir is empty, and eventually the brewer attempts to heat the water. However, the resulting brew is lukewarm (which I promptly discard because, let's face it, unless you're desperate for the caffeine fix you're unlikely to drink it and you probably aren't going to nuke it in a microwave - barbaric!) The most unfortunate part of this issue revolves around the loss of so many K-Cups, so I've decided this particular machine is going to be unplugged and set aside until Keurig figures out what the issue is (if anyone states it is anything other than a design flaw, they are sorely mistaken.) This brewer does not need someone like Sheldon Cooper to operate it; the operating instructions are ridiculously straightforward and easy-to-understand. Of course, Keurig customer support is likely to reply the technical issues my brewer is experiencing are very unusual, but the reviews on here and many of the 450+ critical reviews on Amazon tell a different story. Some Keurig brewers, once they have been used for a long period of time, are known to have issues with the water intake/vacuum, but there are ways to remedy that. However, that is NOT the issue with this model, as the water eventually drains into the internal reservoir. Again, while I have been able to enjoy a few cups of piping hot coffee, those are far outnumbered by numerous cups of what we might describe as a lukewarm, unflavored 'beverage'. My hope is that Keurig, a brand I've come to trust, is actively working to get this specific model up-to-par with the machines I've long used and which always have worked as expected.

Easy to use, doesn’t take up a lot of space and makes your coffee right away. A con is that it does cost a lot of money to buy the coffee pods but I mean it’s up to you to buy the ones you want. I think it is pretty pricey to be small but I mean it’s a good product.
Disappointment
This my second keurig coffee maker. Purchased it because I thought the profile and size would work better in my small kitchen. What a disappointment. I have yet to figure out how to use it after multiple pod uses. I’ll go back to my old unit and donate this one to good will

Perfect for 2 people
I really like how fast, easy and simple this machine is too use. Only myself and my father use this machine and it works perfectly for 2 people. I really like it’s compact size. The water tank is smaller, so this machine isn’t the most efficient if multiple people use it and if it is used frequently, as you have to refill the water tank after each serving.
It’s just cute and handy!
I received this to test and then write my review so I’m doing it! Okay, I’ve used this for well over a month now. I’ve never hand or used a keurig before this, I have a ninja coffee maker which I like..makes me feel like a barista. BUT I literally hate having to clean it Everytime I use it and it’s just not quick and easy like sometimes you need (and trust me I didn’t know I needed quick and easy till this keurig). So yea I put up the ninja and have just used this and it’s great honestly. It’s quick it’s easy the coffee I’ve been using with it tastes great. I like to use the strong brew because I feel the normal is too watery for me. Oh and illce the design! All my friends like it too and they of course want one haha. So anyways yes, I’m keeping this and im using it and that ninja might just get rusty!
Love this thing! Honestly, it is SO easy to use. Like 3 steps and that’s it! It fits in well with my kitchen due to the compact size. It comes in great colors. We ended up getting the black but the light blue and the grey were VERY tempting. When we hosted guests over the holidays, everyone loved it. My mom liked it so much that we ended up getting her one and she talks about it all the time.
Compact and Modern!
The K-Mini Plus single serve coffee maker is so sleek and compact! I received this product complimentary for testing purposes and all opinions are on my own.Living in NYC I have limited room in my apartment, so the K-Mini plus single serve is perfect! It’s compact and fits perfectly in my kitchen taking up little room. I love being able to store the k-pods directly in the K-Mini Plus so it’s all in one! Can't emphasize enough the sleek modern compact design, it is so appealing to the eye. Brewing the coffee is very simple and the coffee comes out either regular or strong depending on the setting you use. I enjoy my coffee strong and you can tell the difference between both settings which is great! You have to dispose the k-cup yourself after the coffee is done which is the only con however, the pro’s really outweigh the one con from the K-Mini Plus. If you have limited room and love coffee I suggest you invest in a K-Mini Plus, very easy to use and takes up little to no room in your kitchen.
