Really really disappointed!

I've held off for years on buying a Keurig. I broke down and purchased this mini for a trial run. Less then two weeks old and it will not disperse the correct amount of water (with a pod in it) for 8, 10, or 12 oz. It will disperse the correct amount of water, sometimes, without the pod. So disappointed, but now I know not to buy a larger machine.

Such a disappointment

Ordered July 2021 and it started having issues brewing within 6 months. It would suck the water from the reservoir but shut off before brewing. Called customer service and received a replacement. Had same issue with replacement within 3 months. This was my 1st keurig and will undoubtedly be my last. I really wanted to love it, but I'll be going back to my old reliable coffee maker that I've had for 20 years.

Love it!

I received my complimentary Keurig K-Mini Plus from Influenster for testing purposes, and all opinions in this review are my own. At first look, this single-serve coffee maker is very light and compact with a sleek matte black look. It’s very easy to use. I love the hidden compartment to stow away the cord and plug. I love the removable water reservoir to make cleaning it easier. I love how it has a “strong brew” option because lord knows we need it some days. It was a little louder than I expected when brewing my first cup but overall, I absolutely love it!

Don't Waste Your Money

I bought one of these thinking I'd save money. Bad plan. It worked well for about a week and then slowly deteriorated. First it stopped making hot water - if you like tepid tea water and weak coffee-water then you'll be fine. Then three days ago it stopped working all together. I took it "apart" and clean everything but it's not like ti's more elaborate and dependable siblings. It's cheaply made and has but one real part - the water container (which will resolve the current issue) which can be removed. Tonight it look me 45 frustrating minutes to brew one cup (with three pods wasted) but I discovered how to "fix" the non brew issue. Plug the hole where the water is supposed to drain into the machine similar to plunging your toilet when it's plugged up and WHAMMO the water was sucked into the machine and it ACTUALLY MADE HOT WATER/COFFEE. So before customer service wants to contact me I've already ordered a more expensive, better Keurig and I'll just box this one up and sell it as used with a note on how to make it work properly. Bottom line - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's gonna break down just give it time.

Terrible machine!!

I should have listened to other reviewers. I have owned 3 different Keurig machines. This one is terrible. I got it in December and by week 4 it was already making noise. By week 6 I had to hold down the top to get the water to flow. Now at week 8, I can't get it to work at all. I only drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day. Just received 8 boxes of coffee and am committed to 12 more boxes. Either I buy another machine that uses pods or I'm stuck with unusable coffee. Either way I'm out a lot of money. While it worked, the coffee was great. I used only bottled water which probably helped with the flavor. I will call customer service on Monday to see if they will make it right!

Last year I received a competitor pod coffee maker. The problem was that you have to order the pods and have them shipped to you. I also found their coffee to be strong. This year I asked for this coffee maker for my birthday and am over joyed. It’s sleek and makes coffee in a flash. Also, my favorite coffees can be purchased at our local grocery store so if I run out, no waiting for shipments!

Slides Seamlessly Into Your Routine

Years ago, when I first used a Keurig, I wasn't impressed by the watery flavor or how much space the machine took up. My burgeoning coffee-snob self quickly moved onto French presses, vacuum brewing, and other fancy gadgets until I finally bought an espresso machine, which was all well and good except for how much of a pain it got get a simple cup of coffee in the mornings anytime I'm in a rush (so basically Monday through Friday). When I was sent the K-Mini Plus, I was instantly intrigued by the machine's small (and even aesthetically pleasing) profile and seeming ease-of-use; it's slim, with hidden storage for k-cups and even storage for the (kind of short) cord. The reservoir is designed to hold only enough water for one cup of coffee at a time (with delineation for a 6oz, 8oz, or 12oz cup), but I actually like this better because it's a breeze to put just enough water in the cup that I'm going to use and then pouring it into the tank right as I plug it in. The fact that it's smaller will probably also make it easier to clean. Now for the coffee itself...I was thoroughly impressed. Gone was the watery taste that I remembered, and the whole process was so quick that generally by the time I got back to the machine with milk and sugar, the coffee was already pouring into my cup. The "strong" option did make a slightly more fragrant cup, but it wasn't a huge difference. All in all, I'm really impressed with the machine and how easy it was to slip it into my hectic morning routine. I was sent this Keurig complimentary for testing purposes, but I know I'm going to be using it regularly whenever I want a really convenient cup of coffee.

The small footprint makes this single K cup machine perfect for our class B camper. It is simple to use and stowing it requires little space. Since it is single serve, there is no water remaining inside when put away. If space is an issue, this is the K cup maker for you.

Doesn't work all the time.

Bought this two months ago. I love it when it works, but that is only some of the time. Put in water, put in pod. Close lid and push start. Works for 5 seconds, then stops. Try different pod, but no go. Next day, try again and it works. A week later and it quits again. Extremely frustrating.

Great little brewer, not compatible w/reusable cup

I enjoy this mini Keurig very much! It’s very quick, easy to use, and slim enough to fit on the counter space in my small apartment! The only reason I knocked off a star is because I really wanted to use Keurig’s reusable “universal” k-cup with this and it did not fit! I’ll have to buy some eco-friendly K-cups to go with it. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes, and all opinions are my own!
