Poor product
I bought this item in June 2020 and almost exactly one year later I started having issues with it. The only way it makes coffee is if it is slammed down hard enough… then it only sometimes works. Prior to this one, I had a bigger model and it lasted about 6 years.

Water partially drains then brewer shuts off
Please forgive the wordy review, but there is much to write about this product. Before proceeding, allow me to preface my remarks by stating I performed a lengthy review of customer comments & reviews across multiple sites, and I concluded this product was worth the price even though there was the potential for a couple of specific yet seemingly minor technical issues. Never before have I experienced issues with any of the four previous Keurig brewers I've owned, but I purchased this model to use at work (primarily for its small profile and purported ease-of-use). I still maintain one brewer at home and I donated one to my office, and those are still going strong. I purchased this three weeks ago and have been able to enjoy four, maybe five full cups of coffee even though I've attempted to brew a cup at least twenty times. Similar to dozens upon dozens of complaints/reviews almost exactly like mine, this is what I'm experiencing: the brewer partially drains two to three ounces of water then does absolutely nothing other than sitting idly by until powering down after about 30 seconds. Once that occurs I repeat the process of attempting to brew a cup of coffee, except I don't add more water because there already is water in the internal reservoir. Again, the brewer drains two to three ounces of water before powering down after roughly 30 seconds of 'inactivity'. (It certainly isn't heating the water!) I repeat this process until the external reservoir is empty, and eventually the brewer attempts to heat the water. However, the resulting brew is lukewarm (which I promptly discard because, let's face it, unless you're desperate for the caffeine fix you're unlikely to drink it and you probably aren't going to nuke it in a microwave - barbaric!) The most unfortunate part of this issue revolves around the loss of so many K-Cups, so I've decided this particular machine is going to be unplugged and set aside until Keurig figures out what the issue is (if anyone states it is anything other than a design flaw, they are sorely mistaken.) This brewer does not need someone like Sheldon Cooper to operate it; the operating instructions are ridiculously straightforward and easy-to-understand. Of course, Keurig customer support is likely to reply the technical issues my brewer is experiencing are very unusual, but the reviews on here and many of the 450+ critical reviews on Amazon tell a different story. Some Keurig brewers, once they have been used for a long period of time, are known to have issues with the water intake/vacuum, but there are ways to remedy that. However, that is NOT the issue with this model, as the water eventually drains into the internal reservoir. Again, while I have been able to enjoy a few cups of piping hot coffee, those are far outnumbered by numerous cups of what we might describe as a lukewarm, unflavored 'beverage'. My hope is that Keurig, a brand I've come to trust, is actively working to get this specific model up-to-par with the machines I've long used and which always have worked as expected.

Disappointment
I bought this coffee maker recently and am extremely disappointed. It does not brew after pressing the button the first time. I have to open and close the lid, pressing the button, several times before it brews. It sounds like it is brewing, but nothing comes out. It takes at least 5 minutes for one cup of coffee.

Just ok
I use a single serve drip maker at home but wanted something easier to use and clean at work. I bought this machine last week and have used it a couple of times. Unfortunately there's a lot about this machine I don't like. I bought the red color and its beautiful, but the plastic seems very cheap and I feel like it would crack very easily. When the water is being moved from the reservoir, the machine is noisy, and then it takes a long for the water to heat up. I LOVE having the Strong button, but wish it also had a "hot" button. The coffee is not hot enough for me, and cools off very quickly. (I only add non-refrigerated creamer.) The machine is also bigger (deeper) than I thought it would be and I would have preferred a smaller machine, which I think could have been accomplished by eliminating the cheap container provided to store the pods. Finally, the cord storage is awkward, and the cord itself is too short. My drop machine at home was more than half the cost of this machine, and makes piping hot coffee in half the time.

I LOVE this brewer. It is so sleek and fits on my counter too with so much space left for other appliances. It cleans easy and makes the perfect size cup. I also appreciate that the tray is removable so I can use my tumbler too. It also comes with a kpod storage that you can easily connect to the coffee machine when not in use for for counter space.
It died in less than 6 months
I should have read the reviews. This machine is adorable and sleek and looked perfect on my office counter BUT!!!! In less than 6 months, the machine will not turn on. I contacted customer service and I am still waiting on a response regarding a new shipment. I purchased many brewers as gifts and for the office but, this one..,.I do not recommend. Due to the amount of negative reviews, it should be removed from the market. Why keep selling it?

Hmmm
Not what I thought. None of the pics showed How the storage unit was positioned. I thought it was on the back. It is not. On the front. I just don’t like the placement. It brews ok. More of a show than my last Keurig single brew. This on takes longer.

I love my new Keurig. It works great and is easy to use. My only wish is that the water tank was just a little bigger. I usually carry a travel mug and it doesn't hold enough water to fill it up. Other than that, it's a great purchase! [product:keurig-k-mini-plustm-single-serve-coffee-maker]
Nice coffee machine, poorly designed accessory.
This is a nice coffee machine that does what I needed. I would have given this 5 stars if the “universal reusable coffee filter” was designed better. First, it states in the instructions to use the “Plus Series Brewer Adapter”. No matter what I did it wouldn’t fit correctly. I only found out that it WAS NOT supposed to be use after speaking with customer service. The plus series adapter should not be used! The Universal Filter works but its not a great fit. Should be a simple engineering design change. If the Universal filter did not work at all, I would send everything back.
Not worth the money
My first K-Mini only lasted a year, second one 2 years 3 months. The pumps are garbage and eventually fail and I only made 1 sometimes 2 12oz cups a day. I kept my unit super clean and descaled every month. Not getting a 3rd. Moving on to a better coffee making process.
