Fabulous Red and Great Cup of Coffee

I have been using the mini for years as it is perfect for 1 person. I upgraded to this mini plus as the water dispenser can be taken off to be cleaned and it has a strong button which makes it easier to get a bigger cup with the same wonderful taste. Purchased the cardinal red and it is beautiful and works so well with my Pioneer Women kitchen items. The cord is 24" in length as I know some mentioned it was shorter but it is tucked up in the storage cord area. I have loved this size model as it takes up little space and still makes great coffee. Item shipped and received in 2 days by Walmart (not a third party).

I received this product in exchange for a review. I really like the product when I first got it. But now I find that it get stuck a lot. It'll absorb the some of the water then stops absorbing and gets stuck. I now just use my old coffee maker. I am open to trying others.

I love this Keurig because it's great for dorm life, me and my roommate use this all the time, and it is small so I can fit into small places. It is great for dorm life because it's so small and in a dorm you don't have that much room. It makes up 3 cups of coffee per time so you waste little coffee.

Best for on the go

I throughly enjoy this product because it is slim and chique. I have a small kitchen and was worried that there would not be any room, but my worries were for nothing. This product fits perfectly on any countertop. Also, it doesn’t take long for this coffee maker to brew. I love it!

Having a lot of trouble

I have only had this machine since Christmas, and it’s giving more and more trouble. At first, it would occasionally not take the water up and would just turn off. When I would turn it back on several times, it would finally work, but the coffee wouldn’t be particularly hot. Now, it’s taking up the water, but then it sits a long time, then shuts off without dispensing. I can turn it back on and finally get hot coffee, but it obviously isn’t right, plus it takes a very long time.

I really love the thin profile of this Keurig. It fits super easily in small spaces, and the device itself is very cute and stylish. My main issue with the product is that it often wastes the K-Cups because, even though I do everything right and follow the trouble-shooting, the machine will start the brew process and then not finish it. It will finally brew, but the water is luke warm and disgusting tasting. This happens about one out of five. I'm not sure why, but that's what keeps me from otherwise leaving a 5 star review.

Convenient, Sleek Coffee Maker

I’ll be honest: I wasn’t expecting much out of this little guy, but was solidly impressed by it! First, the size is great! Love that it isn’t bulky and doesn’t take much real estate on my countertop. Also love the matte finish! This is perfect for a 1-2 person household; I actually like that it doesn’t have a large water resevoir and this seems much easier to keep clean than previous models. I’m not wild about the Donut Shop coffee, but did notice a difference with the “strong” brew option. I think I’d love to try a different variety and to try this with the refillable K-cup as well. All in all, love this for the convenience and for days I’m in a hurry. Only qualm is the wastefulness of the cup itself and hope this is something Keurig improves down the road. Only One Stream of Water Entering K-Cup

The better models have five little spigots or needles for the hot water to really saturate the grounds. Unfortunately, this machine only has one. So less taste per cup. Other cons: why not make the reservoir about an ounce bigger to contain spills? How safe is this new kind of recycled plastic that these brewers are made of? Are these recycled plastics BPA free or rather a cancer threat? Not a keeper.

I read a lot of mixed reviews before I bought this, but I don’t regret it!! Nice sleek design. It’s super convenient and simple to use. It gives me my daily dose of caffeine and I love it. This is also the perfect gift for college students! (I got this my last year of undergrad and I still use it everyday. Works great, no problems.)

Water partially drains then brewer shuts off

Please forgive the wordy review, but there is much to write about this product. Before proceeding, allow me to preface my remarks by stating I performed a lengthy review of customer comments & reviews across multiple sites, and I concluded this product was worth the price even though there was the potential for a couple of specific yet seemingly minor technical issues. Never before have I experienced issues with any of the four previous Keurig brewers I've owned, but I purchased this model to use at work (primarily for its small profile and purported ease-of-use). I still maintain one brewer at home and I donated one to my office, and those are still going strong. I purchased this three weeks ago and have been able to enjoy four, maybe five full cups of coffee even though I've attempted to brew a cup at least twenty times. Similar to dozens upon dozens of complaints/reviews almost exactly like mine, this is what I'm experiencing: the brewer partially drains two to three ounces of water then does absolutely nothing other than sitting idly by until powering down after about 30 seconds. Once that occurs I repeat the process of attempting to brew a cup of coffee, except I don't add more water because there already is water in the internal reservoir. Again, the brewer drains two to three ounces of water before powering down after roughly 30 seconds of 'inactivity'. (It certainly isn't heating the water!) I repeat this process until the external reservoir is empty, and eventually the brewer attempts to heat the water. However, the resulting brew is lukewarm (which I promptly discard because, let's face it, unless you're desperate for the caffeine fix you're unlikely to drink it and you probably aren't going to nuke it in a microwave - barbaric!) The most unfortunate part of this issue revolves around the loss of so many K-Cups, so I've decided this particular machine is going to be unplugged and set aside until Keurig figures out what the issue is (if anyone states it is anything other than a design flaw, they are sorely mistaken.) This brewer does not need someone like Sheldon Cooper to operate it; the operating instructions are ridiculously straightforward and easy-to-understand. Of course, Keurig customer support is likely to reply the technical issues my brewer is experiencing are very unusual, but the reviews on here and many of the 450+ critical reviews on Amazon tell a different story. Some Keurig brewers, once they have been used for a long period of time, are known to have issues with the water intake/vacuum, but there are ways to remedy that. However, that is NOT the issue with this model, as the water eventually drains into the internal reservoir. Again, while I have been able to enjoy a few cups of piping hot coffee, those are far outnumbered by numerous cups of what we might describe as a lukewarm, unflavored 'beverage'. My hope is that Keurig, a brand I've come to trust, is actively working to get this specific model up-to-par with the machines I've long used and which always have worked as expected.
