now, after 6 months use, it works so hard to get a few dribbles of liquid into the cup. The liquid is not hot, and I suspect the heating element is shot, plus, after spending 15 dollars on a keurig cleaning kit, it still sputters a little dribble at a time. I just checked with Keurig troubleshooting site, and the maker is still under warranty. It's just a pain in the butt machine for one cup of coffee. I know now why it was over half price off. Fad, piece of crap.

Hello, this review is because I used this machine, I don’t own this machine . my best friend has this machine and while I was housesitting I used it for a good week and wow I love this machine. I used it for tea, hot chocolate, apple cider and I use the filter to make my own coffee and it is just a phenomenal machine . It’s so easy to clean, quiet, easy to learn and always bruise the perfect cup no matter what you’re having and takes up very little space . Foot prints are very important to me . This is my first Keurig and I have an auto drip coffee maker, an nespresso, French press and pour over. The Keurig is great for a single cup of coffee when you are rushing to get ready in the morning. The slim design is perfect - I have limited counter top space it works great. I love that the k-cups can be stored without taking up extra room. My one critique is that I wish the water holder was a bit larger to hold 24 oz. it’s a tad annoying to fill it up each time you want a cup. 12oz really isn’t much when you have an extra large mug to fill! That’s why I gave it 4 stars. It brews a strong cup of coffee without even having to use the ‘stronger’ feature. Set up was a breeze - run water through it once and you are ready to go. Compared to th nespresso it takes longer but that makes sense it’s its brewing a full cup of coffee vs an espresso shot. It’s also louder than the nespresso but that doesn’t bother me. Compared to a full size Keurig I do think it brews faster! Overall happy with this product and the addition to my coffee appliances. Purchased this for my office. Pretty noisy for the size but felt I could live with that. And now four months later it is not pumping water. I have gone through a few full size keurig coffee makers over the years and they have always performed pretty well, in fact we just bought the keurig elite and it works great, but this little guy is of very poor quality and poorly designed. Looks great, but does not work as it should, especially for the cost.

I bought the mini last December (or maybe 2018 Black Friday), first time buying a Keurig. It had worked great until about 3 months ago. It makes a horrible sound when I press the brew button and then will not brew. I have to reset and press brew button, no exaggeration, at least 7-8 times and with a break in between, before it will work. I love the compactness of it and I only brew one cup a day. Not sure I want to buy a new one if it’s going to do same thing.

We bought this about a month ago and I was skeptic. But, I have to say we really love it. You hear some of the horror stories about water sitting in the resevoir, etc. With this there is always fresh water being used. We also take it camping with us. So easy to travel with. We love the simplicity of it. I want to buy a second one just for camping.

I have loved every keurig I have purchased and purchased several as gifts. I recently bought this for my office so I wouldn't have to share with other people. I love the look and the amount of space it takes up but it has the worst time brewing it's cup of coffee. I have to run it several times just to get it to brew. The problem is the water has already been "sucked" into the machine. So I need to run it empty because I don't want to overflow my cup. There is no reason this machine doesn't stay on when you set it and brew like it is supposed to. There is a serious malfunction problem with this machine that Keurig needs to address immediately. Mine is NOT the first complaint in this regard.

I really wanted this one to work. Perfect size for my motor home. Worked perfect for about 6 months, then worked intermittently. After that, wouldn’t work at all. Threw it in the garbage and got a K Compact. So far so good, but much larger than I would prefer.

Upon receiving this I noticed right away how much more I enjoyed the size and style of this brewer to the normal Keurig brewers. It’s small yet not “tiny” to where you feel like it belongs in a hotel room. When making coffee the brewer works wonderfully! I do wish that the water compartment was able to hold a little more liquid as my coffee cups appear to be a tad bot too large for one “brew”. But that leaves room for me to add creamer, or ice if I’m feeling like iced coffee that day. The “strong” option is also great for those days that I’m needing a little extra umph. :D Overall I’m very impressed and would recommend to a friend. I did receive this product for testing purposes and all opinions are my own.

The design is very elegant and sleek and not bulky at all, it's easy to work with after you read the instructions and i love the fact that it turns off by itself a bit after all the brewing is done. It's very sturdy and a good quality product overall. I feel the price is right. The only reason why i give it 4 stars and not 5, it's because the coffee was not strong enough for me, even pressing on the ''strong'' button. It could have been the k-Cup that i used, it's the ''Green Mountain'' Natural Blend i believe, medium roast. I will have to try it with something else to confirm it;s indeed the coffee and not the Coffee Maker.
