This product worked very well for a few months until it stopped sucking up water, I will be purchasing Keurig coffee makers in the future, but not this one, I would not recommend this particular coffee maker but would recommend the Keurig brand of coffee makers.

This is my second Kurieg and I love the brand. I specifically bought this single serve for its ability to accept travel mugs. This will accept mugs up to 7” tall, but it will only fill the mug half way, requiring me to cycle it twice. Very disappointing!! Works fine for smaller cups, except it is very noisy compared to previous generations.

I purchased one last valentine's for my wife and it only worked like its supposed to for the first couple of drinks. after that it either shuts off or doesn't drain water to heat. I have to plug and unplug every time for it to work properly. we ended up pitting aside and using our good ol classic one. today while I was preparing coffee I decided to try it again but it didn't work and it frustrated me thats why am here. classic is better

Two family related events this Summer where our only source of coffee was to use k pods and Kuerig Coffee Makers convinced us to buy a Mini Plus. We are delighted with it and with Keurig in general. The number of choices in coffee, teas, hot chocolates and even broths available in k pods is astounding and very fun to explore. Oh, and then we bought another Mini Plus in a different color as an Anniversary gift for our friends!

My Classic was working fine but I wanted a smaller footprint and decided to buy a Mini. I actually gave my Classic to someone else. The Mini is noisy. The cover for the water tray flips down unless I push it back and hold it to make sure it will stay open. Annoying. Other than that, the coffee is fine. I also waited a while to do this review as I had seen some reviews that said the Mini failed them in less than a year. I hope mine makes it to a year.

I received this product free thanks to influenster and Keurig. I was amazed. The design is simple but innovative. I like the fact that they didn't waste any space. It has a k-pod container located in the cup dispenser so when you are not using it you can storage your k-pods. I could storage 9 of them which is pretty good. I like the fact that you don't have to prepare a whole jar of coffee but you can have the enough amount that you need. It can hold from 6 to 12oz. So if you are using a tiny cup you can fill two, but you can also file Starbucks cup for example. It's super easy to use and the design was made thinking in cleanliness. The Brew quality is really good. I offered coffee from my previous machine and from this one an my father in law noticed the difference instantaneously. You can brew not only coffee but also tea or hot cocoa so it's great! I wish they have more colors.

This my second keurig coffee maker. Purchased it because I thought the profile and size would work better in my small kitchen. What a disappointment. I have yet to figure out how to use it after multiple pod uses. I’ll go back to my old unit and donate this one to good will

During the 3 years I owned this model, there were random times that it would not work properly. I'd push the start button, and it would only drain a tiny bit of water. Lift the handle, push the button, same thing x3 and then it wouldn't drain. It would heat up the small amount of water it took, ran it through the grounds, and then the rest of the room temperature water would be run through. It made a very weak, cool cup of coffee. I cleaned it, unplugged, replugged, etc., several times. I'd give up, turn it off. Try again the next day and it would work just fine. Or it wouldn't. I called customer service and their recommendation was to clean it. Legit recommendation, but it didn't work consistently.

I bought this one year ago. It broke today. Coffee was leaking out of the corner of the Machine and spilled over my entire counter. I am so disappointed. I have bought Keurig products for years and have always found them to be quality that lasted. My last Keurig lasted 4 years and when I upgraded it still worked perfectly.

This is a must have travel product. I have my full size Keurig for at home but it is too bulky to take with me. The single cup mini plus Keurig is the perfect size to stick in any travel bag. There are a huge assortment of pods that you can choose from. Tea, coffee, hot cocoa...they got it!
