This was a replacement for another Keurig machine that was only 2 years old & broke. I purchased this cheaper model just to use up all the Keurig pods we have. It’s loud and makes a grinding noise when it brews. This is the LAST brewer we will be purchasing. We have gone through 3 brewers in the last 6 years. We maintain them according to the manufacturer instructions and they still don’t last. Very POOR QUALITY. Very disappointing! I don’t recommend these products.

This came in the mail today...I tried it out and it does not work at all! The water “brews” immediately and is ice cold...and it sprays water EVERYWHERE but the cup it seems...I was very excited about my first Keurig and now I have to go through the hassle of returning it because it is broken right out of the box. Very disappointed!!

I received this for free via Influenster but all opinions are my own. I really enjoyed this and I like in a small apartment so I enjoy that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. It is a little confusing to choose how much water to use per mug, and I often spill when measuring with the mug. However, it’s quick and I love the container that holds the K-cups.

Easy to use, doesn’t take up a lot of space and makes your coffee right away. A con is that it does cost a lot of money to buy the coffee pods but I mean it’s up to you to buy the ones you want. I think it is pretty pricey to be small but I mean it’s a good product.

I usually make a cup of coffee in the morning with a french press because I am the only person I have to make coffee for. However, when my mom comes to town she HATES using my french press because it is too much fuss. So she has a small dingy coffee pot that clutters my kitchen that I just want to get rid of and now I finally can!!! The Keurig K-Mini Plus is perfect for my house because it is compact and can easily be put away and pulled out for my *many* guests! My favorite feature is that it comes with a mini storage box to put the coffee pods in. The brew is also very good. I used high quality organic coffee pods and it was just as good as my french press. Bought this for Christmas and have been using it quite a bit since. Seems to work as advertised so far. Love the sleek look, quality feel, and how little space the device uses on our counter top. Have to say I was a bit nervous based on so many mixed reviews but so far, it is great. Time will tell on reliability but at the moment, I plan to buy another for our travel trailer.

Was so excited to receive my Keurig K Mini Plus! What an amazing little machine. I just absolutely love the sleek design and how easy it is to use and clean up. Being a single female this product is perfect for me. It fits nicely in my small kitchen and brews a fresh, strong cup just for me! I don’t have to worry about wasting an entire pot or having a big clunky machine in my kitchen. And the fact that you can use reusable K-Cups with it is a huge plus!! I like to use my own coffee and am big on trying to reduce waste so I’m glad Keurig is trying to accommodate that. This product works how you expect it to work. Makes a basic cup of coffee as any other Keurig would. No difference. I just think it is too expensive for a single coffee maker. However, the keurig I had before this lasted a few years so I expect this to last a few years. This is great for the office

I received this product in exchange for a review. I really like the product when I first got it. But now I find that it get stuck a lot. It'll absorb the some of the water then stops absorbing and gets stuck. I now just use my old coffee maker. I am open to trying others.

My wife gave me this for Christmas and it has never worked right and seems to be getting worse. I’ve used other keurig models and have never had these issues. First, it doesn’t brew the correct size cup. For example if I put in 12 oz of water, I might get a 4 oz cup of coffee. Where the extra water went, I have no idea. I’m guessing it just sits in the machine because a lot of times I’ll try to brew another cup to fill my mug the rest of the way and it ends up overflowing. Waste of kcups. Second, the newest problem is that it’s brewing cold coffee. Cold coffee isn’t exactly ideal on a January morning in Ohio. Third, on the rare occasion that it does brew correctly, it is so slow. 5+ minutes for a cup. Never seen a keurig be this slow. I really want to like this machine and I was excited to receive it but it just doesn’t work properly. I’m going to try to perform all the cleaning steps keurig has in the support section of the website and see if that helps but based on other reviews it just sounds like this machine has inherent issues. Would give 5 stars if the machine worked properly.
