very flimsy. Surprised Keurig would even put out such a poorly made product. reservour won't even fill one coffee mug. Very disappointed.

First one didn’t brew hot. Volume was off. Replacement lasted less than 24 hours, and stopped mid-brew. Poor design. Poor QC.

I’ve had other, larger Keurigs in the past that worked great. This one only puts out lukewarm water; will be returned.

This is a replacement but I love it. Every morning it is my best friend. This is actually my 3rd Keurig and will be the only brand I will use

I downsized to a condo with a small galley kitchen. This takes up little space and the pods are stored in it!

This was a warranty replacement. Keurig was excellent in the way they handled it, replacing my mini Keurig.

I’ll tell you what I told customer service when I returned it. Sometimes is makes ok coffee sometimes it makes like warm water.

I was promised a white machine and it took many months to get the machine. I had to call to remind the shipping department. It works fine.

This machine is so much better than the 1st one. It really never worked right. This is so easy,quick and hot coffee!
