My K-Mini Plus suddenly started leaking water, I called the customer service department and they were fantastic.

I bought this about a month ago, and absolutely love it! My entire family uses it even though we have a different Keurig.

Very pleased, I had a faulty machine (electrical issue was what the customer service tech suggested) and Keurig replaced it right away! Thank you!

This is the 3rd mini I have tried....work fine for a few days then everything slows down....takes 5 minutes to get a cup of coffee....unacceptable

My husband seems to like this just fine. I'm not a coffee drinker and he only has one or two a day so it works great for us.

This little coffee maker works well and requires little counter space! I recommend it to anyone who has a smaller kitchen!
