Great buy. Super easy and efficient. Add extra water seems to lose some in the brewing process. But that’s fine

This was replaced by customer service very quickly but the new one that was sent is also acting up. I will not buy this product again.

I love it, I ordered it for my sisters house because she do not drink coffee so when ever I go visit I have to go out for coffee.

Love the Mini coffee maker. It takes very little counter space. I live alone so there is no problem adding water each time I brew.

I bought this coffee maker and a part was broken on it and it was replaced with no issue and I'm a happy camper.

Did not come with sample pods as advertised with the Kerch plus, a disappointment when I opened the box.

The cord is very short and you have to press the brew button several times before the unit works. Would not purchase this item again.
