Doesn't work as stated in the manual. When you push the start button it immediately starts emptying the water container instead of the start button blinking. Need to know if I have a defective unit or not.

I bought this a few weeks ago. I’m happy that I did is very sleek and slim and compliments my kitchen color with a pop . It is perfect for the counter space that I wanted it to go. I originally had a larger Keurig, so this is my downsize.

Great for one person. A little loud but the noise doesn’t last too long. I got this one because of the strong button. The pod holder is a little useless since it only holds nine.

Works as expected. One cup at a time. Takes 2-3 minutes. We use for a cup later in the day when the regular coffee maker is long empty or has old coffee in it.

Customer service was excellent to deal with and replacing my mini Keurig plus which was under warranty. It was a very simple process and quick. This is a quality company.
