Love the dark red color. Simple, easy to make a cup of coffee. Love that this comes will a storage unit-which fits in area where coffee cup goes. I studied Keurigs for quite awhile to pick this one. Deciding factor: Strong Brew Choice!!

i dont like, shoukd have went to store, the water reservoir is only 10-12 oz so i get a half cup of coffee. i guess i wrapit up and give it away. ordering offline sucks sometimes, this purchase was one of them.

Everything is working except, if I put even little bit less water then cup size 8 the machine doesn't run. Not sure if thats how it’s designed but its kind if annoying. I usually like to select a size 6 for the cup size, but cant.

I find these work two years. I have had four. I am a bit upset as they are used once a day. Seldom more. I think they are made for the pump life to go. While they work its fast and easy. Makes good coffee with the k cups.

This is a replacement brewer. You couldn’t ask for a friendlier company. They had me try to fix the issue over the phone. When I couldn’t, they sent out a new one. I will always own. Kuerig!

I had trouble with the Keurig that I had and it was still in warranty. The Customer Service jumped right in and took care of it for me. I was so impressed! Thank you Keurig for the responsible way you run your business.

The red coffee maker adds a pop of color to my gray kitchen! Personally, I'd like the coffee to be hotter and also, I'm having trouble pulling out the cord (it seems to be stuck).

Got my first one year ago- it malfunctioned for some reason and Keurig was wonderful! They sent me a replacement right away in exchange for me sending my defective one for analysis. So far, life has been back to great!

Love this Keurig. Purchased for our cabin get away up north of us in MI. The small ans very sleek size is perfect for a smaller kitchen. Fast brewing and easy to use.
