I bought this at the Harlingen Texas Sam's store last Saturday. My wife and I drink a lot of coffee of a morning. We were stunned by the total lack of taste from this coffee. We made a second pot the next morning to make sure it wasn't us. It wasn't. How do we get our money back?

I love coffee, I'm not too picky, just give me decent coffee. Then I bought this. The WORST coffee I have ever drunk. When the can was opened I expected a beautiful smell of coffee, there was little coffee smell. Glad there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee 'cause this is going back for a refund.

I have been a Maxwell Master Blend coffee drinker for decades. The two Sam's Clubs in my area have not stocked Master Blend for a few months now, so I thought I would try something new. I have been satisfied with most Member Mark branded items, so I gave this product a shot. Total waste of $10.00. This coffee has no taste. I knew there would be a slight shock to my caffeine palate, but REALLY? Zero coffee taste? The taste was something like what muddy water might taste like.

Bought this because everything is priced ridiculously right now and I'm not a fan of regular Folgers or Maxwell House and the Dunkin was almost $19. Saw there were quite a few 5-star reviews on this coffee. Not sure why. I got 1 cup down, which I didn't like, but thought to be fair, I'll try a second cup. Nope. I couldn't finish it. Hope my husband likes it because I do not. I would NOT recommend.

I never thought I would have a Columbian coffee I didn't like..... until now. It has to be pretty bad before I will dump a whole bag of coffee in the trash; that is exactly what I did with this. Tried choking it down for a week, and now I am just convinced once more to quit this club. One of the few draws for me to Sam's was the really good coffee at great prices. The selection and quality has really deteriorated in the past couple years. This coffee is bitter and if I'm not mistaken, it is quite stale.

I usually love the smell of coffee when first opened, NOT THIS... it smelled like green tea NOT COFFEE! I now know why they sell it so cheap...its not coffee. If I had to guess, its tree bark mixed with dirt and green tea. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! Who ever wrote great reviews on this was lying to you or getting paid to write them without tasting or smelling this.

I bought the Members Mark coffee for years, then my store stopped carrying it. I've looked for it every time I shopped at Sam's. When I saw it in the store one day I was SO excited that I picked up 3 cans in case it was a one time buy. OMGOSH how this has changed. It is super bitter, almost as if the roast is burnt? I have a Mr Coffee that came with a water filter disc that sits on top of your filled coffee filter... I've never in my life had to clean up so much....grease/oil? Is that a thing with coffee? UGH it is such mess after a couple pots that I have to use Dawn to clean up the water filter holder & water filter disc. Not ever buying again. I'm super bummed because I LOVED the aroma & taste of the MM coffee from years ago.

The coffee is good; we prefer it to the Folgers. The plastic lids fits very well when the can is still sealed, but as soon as you tear off the seal, the can changes shape just enough that the lid no longer fits as securely - you put it on tight, and it pops itself up somewhere around the rim. By 'secure' I mean that you should not then try to lift the can by holding onto the plastic lid as it may very well pop off. The coffee does not seem to go stale quickly.

While not bad for what it is, it is Columbian coffee which I find a bit strong for my taste. I was hoping it would be like the old "Red Can" Member's Mark coffee that they had years ago which was then replaced with a Gold Can version, which wasn't as good. Like a lot of Sam's brand products, they either change or get rid of ones that were good.

Very bitter, horrible flavor!
