This is the coffee we have been buying, love the taste. We use a percolator and the coffee always tastes great. Before buying this coffee, we buying Yuban and Folgers, I will never buy Folgers again, talking about having a terrible taste. Sam’s was out of their coffee the other day, so we bought Yuban temporarily, but we will continue to but the Member’s brand coffee. What I love about it, we can regulate the how strong of a taste we want with our percolator.

A four dollar price increase in less than six months, on a pantry staple, coffee… If there was ever a candidate for a loss leader, or member bonus, this should be one.. why am I paying a membership fee? This was under $10 less than six months ago, that was a great deal. The coffee is tasty enough that I’d drink it everyday but there are many many other choices that I’m happy enough to switch what I drink to save dollars on every bag. Most people spend more but I am frugal to the extreme. Now I will buy my coffee elsewhere and it is one less reason to renew my membership.

I used to buy this same coffee when it was available in the can. This is the same product and very good tasting coffee. The only difference is the packaging, and the amount is slightly less, but the price was reasonable. I usually put 1/3 to 1/2 of the bag in an airtight container and vacuum seal the rest to keep it fresh. Good value!

I gave this 4 starts b/c it's a good budget coffee. I drink coffee everyday and like variety. I'll usually have some decent beans to grind and also get something else to switch to a day or two a week. Since I'm on a budget right now this fits the bill. It also works well when you have company and don't want to use your expensive beans. If you're not going to use it up in a month you might consider pouring half in a nice sealable container and freezing the other half until your ready for it. My Cuisinart coffee maker just died so when I replace it(with another brand) I'll update this review with which brew strength to use.

Tolerable coffee, but we were *very* disappointed that this is packed in plastic. We normally buy the MM Colombian Coffee in the tin, but it was unavailable. We can only hope that this is a temporary state of affairs although my fear is that it's not.

Price is so reasonable for Columbian coffee so decided to try it. I was not disappoimted. It has very good Columbian flavor. As good if not better than the Folgers brand and better price. We brew our coffee in a French press and the aroma and taste is outstanding.

After opening the can, I stuck my nose in for a whiff and the first thing that came to mind was burnt coffee beans. I proceeded to make a pot with high hopes that the taste would be better. It wasn't! Tasted like someone made a pot and left it on the heating plate for a week. No plans on making another pot.

I am not a “brand slave”. By that I mean I don’t hold allegiance to Folgers or any specific brand. I always figured if I’m going to put cream and sugar in my coffee it doesn’t need to be “top shelf” stuff. But sometimes I drink my coffee black and when I do you can tell you’re drinking economy store brand. That was not the case here, I’ll put this Members Mark coffee up against any name brand out there.

This is my third purchase and can honestly say this is very good coffee. I have been a coffee snob for many years, especially towards a brand starting with an S. That said, I really don't want to like this cheap coffee. It just seems so unnatural that something this inexpensive delivers such flavor and value. It delivers a VERY strong cup of smooth coffee that is really good served over ice for an afternoon pick up. Good stuff, glad I stumbled across this a year ago.

I love the Sam's Club whole bean coffee, but sometimes I don't really feel like doing the whole bean grinding job. Thought I'd give this classic roast a try. It's actually quite good. Rich, full of flavor, just a little bit bitter, but I think I might have made it too strong for my french press. I think a little less coffee might help with the bitter taste. Give it a try...
