Just because the transfer box has eight breakers does not mean you can use all eight at one time. In an emergency this unit will do just fine, five breakers hooked up, gives us heat, water - hot and cold and some lights.

Unit installed on 11/16/17 engine runs but will not power up , Installer said that he may have received the wrong code from Generac or unit had a defect that was the last that I heard

The generator and transfer switch appear to be well built. I like the compact design. The unit fired right up and everything worked correctly the first time. This is a good unit for the low cost.

I am very please with the decision i took to buy this product. It was installed two weeks ago and so far its working very nice. I hope it continuos to work as it is now. Hurricane season is in the corner.

Please include the need to register your generator to make it run in automatic in all the supplied manuals and that you have to register it to get the unlock code. Thank You

As a commercial electrician, i purchased this generator fir my home. As i have wired generators in the past that protects Hospitals, Nursing Homes,,,, this is a great product!!!

We’ve only had it hooked up for a wk. We had to use it already. We use it to run our essentials (fridge, furnace, well pump, septic pump and some lights). Works great so far. Hard to give a accurate review when we only had it for a short time.
