Read ingredients

I regret not reading the ingredients. Soy protein crisps is number 1 ingredient. Soy is a big nope.

Not for me - basically a rice crispy bar.

I just bought this product and I do not like them at all. I am used to protein bars, but this bar seems to be 90% rice crispy. I will be returning them.

STAY AWAY !!!

This is absolutely the worst bar type product I have ever purchased. It has exactly the same texture compacted bird seed and absolutely no flavor. Do not waste your time with anything to do with these bars!
