Way too sweet. I was looking for a protein-based meal replacement bar, not a dessert substitute. The flavor wasn’t balanced at all — it tasted like eating straight sugar crystals.

I got these because they don’t have artificial sweeteners, and were reasonable calorie-wise and had fiber. They are not so much bars as crispy wood pellets held together by brown rice syrup. I ate about half the box before I realized that every time I ate one, I experienced an entire day of painful bloating due to the type of fiber used.

I’ve tried a bunch of different protein bars since the beginning of the year, and this is by far my favorite ones. They have a good rice crispy like taste and no chalkiness to them. They have a decent amount of protein and looks like fiber as well. The only thing I don’t like about the is that they are too sweet. A lot of reviewers also have this complaint, so would think the manufacturer would consider lowering the amount of sugar. Would make for a “healthier” bar as well.

i bought a bunch of these. i thought at first it's fine and tested okay. but after a couple...i just didn't want to eat it anymore. i force myself but the taste is so bad... i tossed unopened boxes in the trash can. they were past the sell by or use by date. i couldn't force myself to consume them anymore and i hate waste. i usually deal with stuff but this...i just couldn't.

Love everything about these bars. Not hard to bite into, but a perfect texture. Both flavors are delicious. Some complain about the sugar, it's natural and not artificial. I don't eat a whole bar, I cut into fours, and enjoy a little piece after dinner. it definitely curbs my sweet tooth. The quality, quantity and price for the box is all around perfect! This is my husband account, but since I'm enjoying them, I wanted to share the review for all women and men!

I've tried many protein bars. This is by far one of the best I had. It actually tastes like a granola bar. the chocolate on the bottom is very close to tasting like milk chocolate. It has a milk chalky texture, but not merely as much as many other protein bars. My new favorite!

So easy and convenient. I found a lot of people buy them for the protein etc.

We love the peanut butter but not the chocolate.
