I have been purchasing this product from Sam's Club for many years with many years of positive results. However quality has taken a turn for the worst. The last bag was purchased a month ago had small irregular fillets with pieces of bones and scrap. Fillets had to be cleaned and sorted before they could be cooked. Packaging has graphics and coloring on them so that viewing what you are purchasing is impossible.

These fillets were tiny and just not worth the money. The food items at sam's club have really gone downhill. Don't get attached to something and think you will be able to go back and buy it again... Ain't gonna happen. I don't feel it is worth renewing my membership.

Small but tasty

I will under no circumstances purchase this fish again. I already overlooked the excessive black skin left on the fish but this fish had an insane amount of bones in it...lots of teeny tiny bones. This is dangerous and especially to unsuspecting kids. I do clean my "pre cleaned" store bought fish and on the exterior there was nothing but a few visible bones; however, the inside is where the surprise was...talk about a waste of time, money, product, aroma and me getting upset.

After enjoying years of the Delta Pride name brand catfish fillet, I am thoroughly disappointed with this Member's Mark catfish fillet product. The "fillets" were so thin and small, they were more like catfish nuggets. They did not have the length, width, girth, or flavor of the previous Delta Pride catfish fillets. I was so outraged with the quality, I actually called Delta Pride in Mississippi and asked them where could I find their products in my area. Surprisingly, the employee I spoke with said that they were still the supplier for the new Member's Mark labeled catfish. Either the quality of Delta Pride has gone down, or Sam's has asked them to provide it's customers with the leftover scraps! Please stop taking your customers for granted. People shop at Sam's because they can usually find a quality product for a great price. Please restore the catfish fillets to their previously exceptional quality!
