I have bought these fillets for years and until this recent purchase I would have given the product five stars. I threw away more than half of the fifteen pounds of fish I purchased because it was dark brown or yellow and had fat visible on the sides. I had to trim each piece. Even my cats refused to eat what I discarded. At $18 for 2.5 pounds this is ridiculous. Not sure I will try this product again.

My family loves southern fried catfish. I was thrilled to find farm raised catfish. I was so disappointed in the quality of this product. The filets were very thin, yet fatty with a lot of dark pieces. There were pieces of skin on several pieces. Cooked catfish should be snowy white. This was not white. I was afraid I hadn't cooked enough, but I ended up throwing away most of it. Don't recommend this at any price.

Would not purchase again. Does not compare to namebrand SAMS previously carried.

Not enough pices inside and they are very small now.

Does not compare to Delta Pride. Please bring it back. This fish is horrible.

Thought I'd try these fish. We eat fish a lot. These tasted so bad we had to throw them out. Aweful!

These filets are not even close to the Delta Pride filets they used to carry. Fishy taste with gray areas, 🤢 Will not buy these again!
