looking for a break from salmon salmon salmon so I've been trying other types of fish - tilapia, flounder, and now catfish. cheaper than the salmon, 2.5 lb resealable bag, nice sized tasty filets. catfish is going into the rotation.
someone please let me know why the filets are not individually packaged.
