Staff was friendly and the price was good, but the installation was disappointing. The TPMS sensors/valves were not properly reset after the tire work. I had to reset them myself because I didn't have time to return to Sam's Club and schedule another appointment.

Tires seem great, but not sure about installation. My car started pulling pretty strongly to the left after front tires were replaced. Strongly enough that I made an appointment within days at a different shop and paid for an alignment. Not sure I'd risk another install at Sam's.

Tires were ordered on line and told it would be 2 - 9 days before delivery, 2 days later received call from Sam's club the tires were in! Was able to schedule for installation that very afternoon! What a wonderful experience since I had a road trip planned! Now I'm exited that the car will be in perfect condition with these 4 brand new tires! Thank you!

Great Tires! Very quiet and smooth riding. Went from Michelins to these on Mdx. No regrets and cheaper. Definitely recommend. Plus membership will save you installation fees

I shopped around for tires. Sams Club had the best price and better warranty than any other place. Sams Club has multiple brands to choose from. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend them to other members.

Ordered tires, was told I would get a call when they came in ( 2 to 5 days) and then schedule installation. Day 8 I visited Sam's and was told the tires had arrived some days ago....no call. Apparently you have a hole in your procedure that needs plugging. Installation was 2 days later. Happily, the install crew was quick.

Satisfied with my purchase. Needed new tires. Did not want to spend too much or too little. Also didn't want the hassle of switching off tires when winter ended.

Disappointed that there was a problem so quickly in just 7 months time. It had to be a defective batch for all 4 tires to develop bubbles on them. The tires themselves had good reviews and the Sam's tire staff did their job and I trust their judgement.

I'm not happy that we had to replace my son's tires after 20,000 miles. The good thing is they were at least under warranty. We did have to pay the installation fee.

They ordered the wrong tired, and were HORRIBLE to work with and I will NEVER deal with them for tires again..
