You can use the auto setting and have the lights stay on for 30, 60 or 120 seconds. Or use the On setting, and have the lights stay on until the battery dies. I like that it is solar powered so I can set it and forget it.

This was perfect for lighting up the side of our house which is usually pretty dark. The solar panel eliminates the need for batteries or electrical hookup.
