I just want to say this is the best money I have ever spent. I need to have surgery on both my shoulders and I thought what will I do. Well I found the answer to my problem. The water stays warm while being eco friendly with energy efficiency. The only draw back for me is that it does not run on batteries and my bathroom outlet is over at the sink so I had to run a large extension cord. I don’t care that I have to do this for the great return you get it just doesn’t look to good.

I travel overseas for work and am frequently in hotels with bidets. I never consider it for my own home. But I received mine as a gift and won't ever go back to a plain seat again. The warm seat in Wisconsin winters is a huge plus! Thank you for such a great product! I can't wait to try other models!

I bought my slim 2 last spring and it was great. Recently I am having problems with the unit not spraying water. The nozzle comes out but that's about it. What I have found to help fix the problem sometimes is to shut off the water supply and flip the whole unit up. There is a water pressure valve or cover that I have to open to release the pressure. I lock that valve back and everything seems to work normally for a few days and I would repeat the cycle. I can't really recommend this unit because of that. I also have the bio bidet bb-600. That unit is much older but still working well for me.

we have had this bidet for over 3 yr's - injured my dominate hand/arm in a accident - this has truly been a blessing as difficulties of wiping my rear was a challenge! I miss the bidet when we go out of town just for the fact that i feel comfortable when used!! Just bought another one for the wifes bathroom as she luvs using mine!

I received my Slim One a couple days ago and I am so impressed with BioBidet's new product. I'm not very handy so the first thing I really liked about the product was how it it is to install. I also appreciate the sleek design that allows for easy cleaning- I don't have time to clean the bidet as often as I would want to so the self cleaning feature really comes in handy. Now for the functionality of the bidet- Unlike other bidets I have had in the past, this one really has a wide range of water streams that make the experience comfortable and customizable for my entire family. And the unlimited warmed water is a big plus- my husband and I are both able to consecutively use the bidet without any worries about cold water.

I just received my new slim one. got it up and running in no time. I was pretty skeptical but holy moly. game changer. the only thing that could make this better would be a longer power cord but I just ordered a foot long extension cord so that should do the trick. im definitely happy with this product. I just hope it lasts and has no leaks. one other thing that would be good is if the seat was able to be stood on.but don't let that deter you. buy ya a bidet!

Bought this as a gift to myself for Christmas. Couldn’t wait for my husband to install it, but had to install electrical first. Finally it is in and used for the first time today. I’ve wanted one for a long time and so glad I waited to find this one. The Biobidet Slim 1 was the perfect choice for me.

The first installation was easy and simple. Uninstalling to move is a nightmare and I just won't buy another. Plastic casing cracks at the screws, mounting screws rusted into place, bulky and cumbersome design make improvising solutions impossible. I'd like to take this with me, but apparently now I have to

Strike 1, you can ONLY clean the toilet seat with water and soft cloth. Do they not know what all happens to a toilet seat? Strike 2, the one we received was not working properly. Nozzle would not retract, unable to drain seat after removing. Strike 3, customer service. A recording stating it could take 5-7 business days to speak to someone, visit web site and start a chat. Person on chat had to have a script to follow. Excruciatingly unhelpful.

If you are looking to try a bidet this is an excellent choice that I would highly recommend. This is a very affordable choice to start with a variety of features! The heated seat and water is very nice. I can't believe how much less toilet paper we use and also not having to purchase wipes is a savings. You definitely feel clean enough to not need those. Just keep in mind that you will need a GFI outlet installed close to your toilet to use this. Otherwise, a very easy install.
