I've been to Tokyo and tried lots of these. The actual wash function on this Bio Bidet is quite good. The build quality is a little on the flimsy side compared to Totos which cost 2x to 3x or more. But it's a good value I think (especially on sale for $199).

It is very easy to install. All connecting hose and the T joint are provided. Just need a screw driver and wrench to do the job.

This is my first Bidet, but this model features and design is exactly what I wanted. After using the Bidet, i know it will forever be a must in my bathroom.

This bidet works good and was easy to install. Compared to the A7 bidet, also sold by Sam's Club, the Slim is more symmetrical and elegant. The handheld remote is easy to use and easier to use than the fixed side bar controls on the A7 for new users. Both are easy to use after a few uses.

We've only had the bidet for a month so far, but everything is as advertised. My wife loves the heated seat and nite light. The installation was easy.

Bio Bidet is a quality piece of equipment. It's comfortable to s it on, warm to the body, easily adjustable. It cleans well. Only thing missing is air dry.

To be truthful, I did not know if I was going to like a bidet or not. I was finally able to upgrade my bathroom, so I decided that I wanted to go all out. My tiles were beautiful, I got new fixtures, and etc. Since it was my personal bathroom, I wanted a spa - like feel. A bidet was a "luxury" item, (or so I thought) that Woukd be a perfect choice. I started researching bidets because I wanted to find the very best. Soon I discovered that the nicest ones that had many features were very expensive. Because of the price tag, my Dream Bathroom was becoming unobtainable. . The more I read, the more features I wanted; I was delighted when I found the Slim Two which is made by BioBidet. The price was middle of the road, but the features were comparable to the very best models, which were very expensive. The Slim Two has so many features. ...it even has a soft, beautiful light inside that serves as a night light! ...and the Slim Two has a remote that is very convenient and easy to use. After using a bidet, I will never be without one ever again. A bidet should not be considered a luxury item but, a necessity. It is so nice to feel clean and refreshed after its use. If you have never used a bidet before, I would recommend the Slim Two. You will not find a better made product on the market with so many extra features, at this price point. If I could add one more feature, It would be a UV light. Oh, I"ll share a picture with you, but my bathroom is not finished, yet. I will confess that I have been using it since it was installed. LOL! Shhhh... Don't tell the contractor.

It's perfect for my boy's bathroom(10 and 8 years old). However, my husband doesn't like it because it's smaller than a normal toilet seat that's elongated.

Just purchased and installed the Biobidet Slim Two model. My partner owns the DIB Special Edition. The hoses needed to be changed out with new to fit both toilet and water supplies. The Slim Two differs from the DIB in that it doesn't offer a drying function. It also doesn't seem to keep as much water warmed as the DIB. If I run two different functions back-to-back on the DIB, the water remains warm for the duration. The Slim Two water cools on the second function run. Additionally the Slim Two functions run for less time than the DIB functions, which I don't consider an issue because I feel like the DIB cycles are a touch too long. Overall, for half the price, I like my purchase of the Slim Two as much as I like the DIB.

I have a Brondell Bidet. I love it. So much so I wanted another one. I bought the bio bidet, and I wish I didn't. It came with a dent, not a huge deal. I hooked it up and it makes weird nosies. The water always comes out cold at first no matter what the water temp is. It takes a while to start. I press the button to wash and it doesnt work most of the time, I have to press it twice. You cant turn the light off without turning off the hole unit. The heated seat isnt as warm even on the highest setting compoared to the Brodell Swash on the lowest setting. I was super disappointed given all the good reviews, i should have stuck with the Brondell.
