Fingerprint is not working good

No questions here, the Apple I-pad 10.2 9th generation is fun, portable, and has everything that I was looking for. The praise at Wal-mart is very competitive! Actually, it was the lowest price I found on my search. Very happy with ease of ordering with Wal-Mart, and delivery was quick and on-time!

I bought this iPad with keyboard to do things: have a small computer at home and to watch movies. It fits the bill for both. I use a Mac at work, so I wanted the same key controls on my home computer as I did at work - my PC muscle-memory skills are gone - and this fit the bill. I didn't need a lot of memory for storing things like pictures, so the 64 MB works well. It connected easily to WiFi right out of the box and setup was easy. Plus, the keyboard is small enough to make scrolling on the screen within reach, but large enough to make typing easy. My only complaint is that it took and takes some finesse to get it to charge. I thought, this is brand new! It shouldn't have any difficulty charging, but the charging cord may be old. I'm going to buy another charging set to see if that works. Other than that, I am satisfied with the purchase.

The latest gen iPad at an amazing price. It was $50 less than anywhere else. I don't want to bore you with a technical review of 10" iPad bc when you buy an iPad you already know it's the best large tablet! Just an advice please don't buy old models to save money bc Apple retires them after 5 years which means you cannot install new apps on them.

This is my 1st Apple device and I am beyond blown away... I find my new ipad superior to any android device I've ever owned, even though I really liked my android devices. Walmart had an outstanding online price which made my purchase possible. It pays to check back weekly for price changes and special sales.

So far I'm liking it. My first iPad. Shopped around before purchasing and decided on Walmart due to help and advice from local store employee. Still learning to navigate around it as it's a little different. Since it's very similar to my phone I think “we'll” get along fine! Was just surprised that my order for it came from Texas.

First iPad and love it. iPhone fan, was so simple to activate this iPad using my existing iPhone everything transferred within the matter of a few minutes. I am able to use our hotspot data to run this iPad , very pleased. Simple to navigate. Display and sound both excellent , use it for watching television, especially at night. Excellent value.

The iPad came by delivery service to my residence in a few days after I ordered online. It was new, in the factory box with charger and cable. I followed instruction to set up my new iPad as directed. The onscreen instructions are displayed on the new iPad, and are easy to follow. I completely transferred my photos, apps and all content from my old iPad Pro to the new tablet in about 10 minutes. The transfer was perfect and I used the new one right away.

I just opened mine a month ago and the finger print option didnt work… contacted apple and didn't resolve . Kept using and about a week later now the device will not power on….. it has been kept in a case and has had no damage at all…. After trouble shooting with apple still no resolution…. I love apple and have multiple products including the iPad 10 and a pro and have never had random issues like this !

I am very disappointed in my purchase since it looks great but I can't get it to sync with my other iPhone which is brand new so it should work but it doesn't and I don't know who to talk to about it or if I should just send it back. Kind of at a loss. Probably shouldn't buy electronics via on line. Don't know who or how to contact to get help with this.
