Top notch product.Repalce our old Ipad which still works fine BTW. Another reason we stayed with Apple is for the service , whenever you need service help , Apple stores are there.

Item despite being listed as 9th generation is not compatible with Apple Pencil 2. It does not have the flat sides to be compatible. Apple needs to get it together and make all of their new items compatible. iPad works fine. It's an iPad.

Didn't hold charge. Closed out at 34% and wouldn't recharge at first. Display brightness fluctuates high and low on manual. Returning within first 30 days.

I upgraded from a GEN six to this GEN nine I have had the old one for 6 to 7 years and it was time for an upgrade and I'm glad I did it double the storage, bigger, screen and much faster.
