I've had no problems, except it's bigger than I thought. It's weird to go from my iPad to my itty bitty phone. I absolutely love it though. Pictures are amazing and I have plenty of space for my stuff.

Came very quickly from Walmart sealed in Apple packaging and well packed. Is light, easy to use, although, did need Apple Support to set up as had an old iPad and could not transfer info.
