dislike that you need previous ipad (which doesn't work) to set up new ipad. Even contacted Apple support for help. Didnt work. Now i have a new ipad i cant use

some how i got the wrong sized charging cord. when i called to resolve issues was told nothing could be done. no resolution resulted in my having to pay extra for a charging cord.

i had this ipad from this past thursday to today sunday had to return it to the store the back light failed. now i cant get another, completely out of stock for wifi 64g i can get it elsewhere but $30 more. this sucks!!!

I have been having problems charging it and have bought multiple chargers because of it and they don't last. Now I can't seem to get it to charge. I haven't had it long and can't find any info about replacement.

I love it! I use it a lot for school work and everything was very easy to transfer over from my old one! I never had a problem with this one and it holds battery well just be careful when u close ur case it might not shut off and will die faster.

Bought as agift for the wife. She loves it, uses it every day. Set up allows it to pair with your iPhone. Same apps in setting on both devices. Larger screen is much easier to see.
