I had my tablet fresh and new on Christmas. I finally found out that I was missing a pencil and a keyboard. I was upset. I kept moving forward. I started to get back and see what ,I was missing everything

iPad overheated from day one. Went through all the steps with Apple. Still overheating badly. Returned today. My bank will not be credited for several days? $300.00 for a defective product and it will take “several” days? Astounding.
