My new iPad replaced one that was older and was unable to handle some of the new updates and apps. The set-up on the new one was easy even for this senior citizen! The display is perfect and the alphabetical arrangement of my apps makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. The only drawback is that someone needs to sign for the delivery. I understand why but the FedEx website is difficult to navigate and impossible to change the delivery date or address. UPS is much easier to work with.

I found it on sale on Walmart's website compared to Amazon's price which made me extremely happy. I like to save money and shop at Walmart quite frequently.

I bought this iPad for my sister for Christmas and she really likes it she said it doesn't freeze up or anything plus she can see it so much better than her old tablet and phone. So she highly recommends this iPad it's so easy to sync it to your phone too.

After my purchase I learned that Amazon and Target had the same item on sale (NEW and un-refurbished) for the same price as I paid for it ay Walmart (refurbished).

My mother loved this Ipad. It was a perfect gift for this year's Mother's Day (2024). She really has no need or desire to have all those specs that come with newer models. I upgraded from a 10th Gen to Ipad Air and the 9th Gen doesn't seem to much of a difference. I highly recommend this product!

I purchased this iPad for my daughter as a Christmas present. I purchased this refurbished and expected it to have some scratches, but it was pretty much like new. I'm no longer skeptical of purchasing refurbished items. I highly recommend this iPad..

the driver was very nice and respectful I saw him when he pulled up so I met him at the door he greeted me with a smile and he was very friendly I asked him to pronounce his name and he did without any hesitation I would recommend him to anyone. he deserves 10 Stars instead of five
