The iPad came in brand new in the box … no marks or dents at all … works very well and the battery last a for a good minute… I highly recommend buying one of these for your kid or teen

Why didn't the deliver person ring my doorbell when they left a computer on my doorstep? I was setting just inside the front door. We accidentally found the iPad.

The new ipad is great. Sound and picture are top quality. However, I would recommend that you offer or at least list a variety of quality protective cases to purchase to protect the ipad investment.

Great product, but it was $20 cheaper at Target and Best Buy and Walmart would not offer price matching as it is an Apple product. Overall happy with the product, but next time I need to remember to shop around before pulling the trigger!

This was hard to find, but I found it on Walmart with next day delivery free. It actually came the next day and exactly what I was looking for. The apple stores were out of stock for at least 3 weeks . Thanks Walmart for making this purchase easy.

This iPad maybe a little small but it is great it doesn't glitch or lag because of the a13 iPhone 11 processor. The only bad thing it the camera quality, it horrible.

Everything came brand new which is exactly how I ordered only thing I didn't care for was that it charges slowly but I'm grabbing another one for my other daughter so it'll make due wish it came with a case and screen protector but it doesn't

the tablet worked good for about a month but not now, its not working...it keep saying wrong pass word but its not its the same one ive been using the whole time....it wont let me change my password or wont let me reset it...

Apple product overall is good the battery is trash on this particular iPad. It's used so not mad just be aware when buying you get what you pay for, not a new product
