It's a Christmas gift, so it's not been opened/used yet. I gave it 5 stars because of the research I did and recommendations of friends and family.

i looked on the website and saw this ipad, bought it and picked it up the next day. i love it. i definitely would recommend this to anybody.

I shoped several other retail outlets (including online) and Walmart had the best price for this iPad.
