Happy MXM4 owner

I bought Primacy MXM4 tires size 225/50/17 for our 2009 Audi A4 and I couldn't be happier. These tires are quiet, smooth and comfortable and make this car feel like the luxury sedan it is. They handle dry, wet and snow-covered roads with ease. We have about 11000 miles on these tires and there is very little wear. I will not hesitate to purchase or recommend these tires in the future!

Improved the car's ride

I purchased the Primacy tires as a replacement on my Lexus GS 430. Not only are these tires handling extremely well, they have made a noticeable difference in the ride quality. The car has the handling package with the lower profile tires and I could tell the difference in ride quality between my car and my wife's GS. Now not only do I get the handling benefits but the ride is not nearly as harsh.

Pleased w/ my purchase!

Bought (4x) new Primacy MXM4s for my 2008 Infiniti G35 xS. These tires are awesome--hardly any road noise and smooth handling in the rain/snow. BTW, live in the Northeast and had my new Michelins' put on right before a major storm. I feel safe again! Anyone thinking about tires for an Infiniti G model, Michelin is your #1 choice.

This is my experience with these tires after 45,000 mi.

I drive a mostly within city streets and probably averaging 25% on the highways. The tires will last 45,000 miles and like most all weather tires it has its individual strengths. My biggest disappointment has been on wet roads the tires will spin from a standing position and normal acceleration. This has been a constant after 5,000 miles. I have not experienced hydroplaning, but living in Florida with a typical daily rain shower, it makes you uneasy. Otherwise I would have no mayor issues with the tires.

Great tire and very quiet

I have always had Michelin tires for my cars because of comfort of ride. Mercedes have been know to be rough on tires especially if you drive hard. That being said, these tires wear very well and feel great on the road.you can’t say that for other tire companies. I own 3 older Mercedes ,but will always have Michelin tires on them.

My new favorite tire.

I have a 2WD Lexus RX350. Last year i went to the snow with 50% front and 70% rear on another manufacturer tire. Chain restrictions were in effect. I lied, said it was AWD. (DISCLAIMER: I'm a professional driver and a rescue driver (my job to never get stuck) so i have the experience to drive in these conditions. I DO NOT suggest you do the same. It will cost you your life. The purpose of this is for performance comparison.) Any slight hill, my traction light was coming on. I was climbing slight freeway hills at 15-20mph just unable to get traction. Vehicles were stopped ahead on a downhill and it took 800ft to stop from 35mph. This year, i put 4 new Primacy MXM4s on my SUV. Still had plenty of tread from last year's tires but i wasn't about to go through that again. This year the weather was much worse. Much more snow. On the same interstate, my SUV was having no trouble keeping up with the AWD vehicles and 4x4s. It was so bad, some AWD vehicles (Subaru Outback likely with bad tires) had to put chains on. And braking, night and day from last year. Now, all season performance, my SUV was averaging 25mpg with the old tires. 4 of these and I'm seeing 28-29mpg at 65mph on flat ground. That's a significant improvement.

Great in rain and dry roads but not an all season tire.

I got the tires installed just before winter. Immediately felt the difference in handling. Terrific on the dry road and in heave rain. Total control in heavy rain at decent speeds. I saw no improvement in mileage at speeds over 100k but I noticed some improvement when driving between 90 and 100k. Driving in fresh snow scared the living out of me since the tires had no grip whatsoever. On packed snow they got me to where I was going provided that I drove much slower than I am used to. This is NOT AN ALL SEASON TIRE. Too pricey for just 3 seasons. Bring back the Harmony tire for all seasons.

Outstanding Tires

My 2014 Toyota Avalon Limited came with the OEM version of these tires, and they lasted 54,000, plus km. I replaced them with the same tires and I was, and I am, very impressed with the performance, quiet, and handling of these tires. I have always been completely satisfied over the years from the Michelin tires recommended for my model of car. I would not consider purchasing any other brand of tires.

Wearing fast, but decent performance

These came on my 2020 Accord Touring 2.0. They're fine for performance and noise, but as with many others, they wore down significantly faster than most others I've had. I'm very easy on brakes and tires (usually beating tire warranty by around 5000 miles). I measure tread depth each time I service the vehicle and at 36,000 miles, tires were wearing evenly, but already down to 4/32 remaining. By 40k (where I'm at now), I have only 2.5/32 tread depth and will replace at my next service. Typically consumers expect at least 50k miles from factory tires, so they come up short in my opinion.

GREAT BUY

I have always been a Michelin fan and could not wait to replace the OEM tires on my 2013 Honda Accord Sport. The Michelins will provide me with better control over the elements and noise . I drive between 40-50k miles per year in my business .The Michelins have great traction in all conditions. I will always buy them.
