Love this sauce. I use it for everything mexican - add it to tacos, smother burritos, add it to eggs. This is far the best product 505 offers, I just wish Sams carried it on a more regular basis.

i enjoy my chile sauces. i use a milder sauce now than i used to, but i expect it to be the "icing" on the cake of my dinner. anything i smother with this sauce is enhanced. my absolute favorite green chile sauce is made by the family that owns the tortilla factory on south greeley hwy, but if i can't get their sauce for some reason, i'll grab a bottle of this. this is a very, very good sauce.

I love enchiladas and use to make my own sauce using cream of chicken soup but now I am dairy free and 505 is a great gluten free/dairy free option!

Fairly good flavor

I love the flavor but there are too many chunks of the blossom end to the tomato that is tough and makes the product less appealing. There are also lots of chilie peels that affect the texture. I have used this product before, it feels like they have changed their standards.

I have bought 505 for years and it had contained peppers, lime juice and seasonings. There have been questions about the peppers in this product if they were Hatch peppers. I purchased two jars this week and there was a new lable with the Hatch pepper logo. Great, I thought, question settled. When I open the first jar, I noticed the product was more fluid then before, but whatever. Then I tasted it. Bad! I looked at the lable and the list of ingredients included more stuff then white bread. Further checking has led me to believe the old company was bought out and the new company is in California and this product was changed for the California market.
