Cabinet is durable, sturdy, and sufficient. It took a solid hour to put together by someone good at putting furniture together and a drill. It holds everything with no problem. The issue I had was multiple shelve corners were dented and this prevented the shelves from gripping to the inside hooks. We ended up bending the metal back to make it work, but definitely not as strong as designed now that it's misshapen. Front door was so dented it wouldn't shut. After some bending and shaping, the door stays shut, but obviously doesn't look like it should. It still doesn't sit flush but it will have to do.

We recently downsized to a small one level home. We bought two units. Perfect cabinets for the garage to store less frequently used items from the home as well as other things. Closed doors keep dust and dirt off and looks so much neater than open shelves. Love them!

The cabinets are excellent quality, and come with very good assembly instructions, which is important because I estimate there are close to 200 screws per unit needed to assemble. The assembly company that I paid for through Sam’s Club is absolutely terrible. They initially had 1 tech scheduled to come to my house at 9:00 PM at night. Then couldn’t reschedule for a week, and nobody showed up. Plus, their rates are very misleading. The price they advertise is not complete, and was told it “varied.” So I cancelled, and they won’t credit your account. So I called Sam’s Club, since they were the ones I scheduled through. And nobody knows anything. Can’t help. 100% Bush League, and will affect any future buying decisions I make.

Picked up at my local Sam's Club Friday Night and assembled the next morning. 1. I agree with others you need a fair amount of space to assemble 2. The instruction are actually very good 3. No missing pieces and all parts were in good shape :-) 4. It took me about 4 hours to assemble 5. The magnetized screwdriver that was included was a nice touch as it helped retrieve dropped screws and helped in starting some of the screws that were in awkward places 6. I used the plastic bags covering the large pieces to collect all the Styrofoam and even the box the cabinet came in Final thoughts: The cabinet is NOT heavy duty. I would never use in a garage but is fine for my use Doors are kind of flimsy. There is loads of storage space but the stored items can't be very heavy

I am very happy with my purchase of my Seville storage cabinet. I use it inside of a locked storage unit, so I don't mind that the metal skin and doors are made of very thin metal. The unit's shelves are sturdy and I've loaded mine full of heavy tools and cases of water without issue. The look and finish of the unit is nice, the locking mechanism works well, and secures by locking rods that extend to the top and bottom of the door, adding some security. However, it's intended to be a replacement for a safe. Assembly: I'm a licensed contractor and self proclaimed mechanic. To me, assembly was easy, but took me about 45 minutes to assemble, taking my time, not in a rush. The parts and panels were accurately numbered and the instructions were easy to follow. I suggest using a cordless driver, there are a lot of screws and if done by hand, it will take considerably longer. After assembly, the unit's feet can be easily adjusted to level the unit. I suggest leveling once in it's final location, and prior to loading. Check that the doors close and open freely before loading, and that all 4 feet are contacting the ground firmly. I did that, then I had moved my unit and started loading it. After loading the bottom shelf with cases of water, one of the doors wouldn't close. It was because there was a slight dip in the concrete at one of the unit's feet, where I had moved the cabinet to before loading. It caused the cabinet to be out of square, thus the door wouldn't close. I unloaded the unit and saw one foot of the cabinet was now off the ground, I adjusted that foot down by turning it to firmly contact the concrete floor, reloaded the unit and i the doors worked perfectly again. I'll buy more of this same unit when I need more storage cabinet space.

This cabinet is large, strong, and a great, great value. Assembly was perfect with accurate and helpful instructions, taking about 3hours for one person. Packaging was great with all parts in perfect condition. We purchased this product online and it was shipped promptly arriving within 7 days. So happy to have had access to this product as it works perfectly in my husband's workshop.

Bought this and several other units from the Seville Classics set to update my garage. These are huge and can hold a ton of big stuff without taking up too much space. I like the 48" size as it allows room for large items while having split doors that can still open all the way without touching the car. Installation takes a little time but is straight forward with no real challenges. My only issue is the doors ding easily. Some were cosmetically damaged during shipping and others are already showing dents after normal gentle use. They still look great and serve my purpose.

We had pieces not align right with other pieces. Therefore we were not able to put all the screw in. The outer pieces had dents in them throughout as well. This is a cabinet that we are using in the boss' office, so everyone is going to see this. Unfortunately it is to heavy for me to load and I have no truck to haul it in, otherwise I would have taken it back. Also I have no desire to waste another whole day on putting one together.

We are using these for a man cave themed basement family room. Plenty of storage space for sports collectibles, kids toys, etc. They are very easy to put together, well-built and will hold a LOT. We ordered two and the second unit came with four dented pieces, they sent replacements fairly quickly. The chrome doors are a bit flimsier than the rest of the unit, but they will hold up fine and look very nice.

I ordered this cabinet online (not available in my local store) and it arrived within 7-10 days in a massive 150lb. box. It shipped from CA to my home in WI so you can imagine what it must have gone thorough en route. Something this large and heavy is bound to be awkward and suffer the consequences, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was all packed. Make sure to give yourself a lot of room for assembly - I would suggest a carpeted floor but if you're like me this was destined for my garage so that is where I put it together. The shipping box (when flattened) makes a nice cushion if you're working on a concrete slab - just be ready for a FULL 42 gal. trash bag of styrofoam packing pieces and a whole lot of cardboard. Most of the metal parts are nested within other parts and I have to give Seville credit for the way they packed it, but inevitably you're going to get some dinged corners here and there in a box this size and weight. I probably had a half dozen or so damaged areas and elected not to request new ones as the replacements probably wouldn't be any better. In the end it just didn't bother me that much as it was (after all) for the garage - and the corners that did get dinged up ended up hidden by the corner protector pieces. Everything is epoxy coated except the doors (which are stainless steel) and the finish seems quite durable, except in the areas where it got dinged up - there the coating just flaked off. The key lock they include for the doors is pretty wimpy - don't expect it to keep anyone out other than small children. Assembly was pretty straight forward and took a couple hours by myself. They even include a wrench, screwdriver, and a spare bag of one each of the necessary screws. All of the parts are clearly labeled and the different screws are separated in numbered bags - makes it very easy to follow the somewhat archaic instructions. After assembling the side panels and doors, it helps to have two people to screw the assembled panels together - I did it by myself with some makeshift supports but it would have been easier with an extra set of hands. Hanging the doors would also be easier with two people. The unit comes with four leveling feet which look quite sturdy, but I didn't use them. There are threaded holes on the bottom as an option to mount four casters in place of the feet (caster sets for this unit are available on the Seville Classics web site, as well as additional shelves), but they were out of stock there so I just picked up my own 5" casters with a standard 4" x 4 1/2" base plate, 300 lb. rated each. Going this route you have to provide your own bolts for the casters (I assume they would come with the ones you get from Seville), but I had to buy 16 bolts and guess at the size as everything on the unit is Metric thread. I actually brought the bottom panel with me to the hardware store so I could make sure the bolts that I bought fit before I got all the way back home. The caster bolts that fit were M8 x 35mm, coarse thread, with a flat washer and locking washer for each. All in all it's a great cabinet - plenty of storage with a weight capacity of 600 lbs. (150 lbs. per shelf) and having it on wheels makes it easy to move if you need to get behind it for cleaning, etc. Also having it up off the ground should protect it a bit from corrosion.
