They can used to clean most anything, and can also be washed repeatedly without losing their ability to clean like a gem!.

You'll never see me do that or breathe on my lenses. That's a no-go for me too. You know what works 1000% better? Zeiss MicroFiber Cleaning cloths. I love these things -- especially with some lens cleaning spray. It's like giving yourself a new pair of glasses. Anything else there's a pretty good chance you'll scratch up your glasses. I use these every morning and every night before watching my favorite shows. Think about it. Why have a 4K TV if you're looking at it with smudgy glasses. They're big soft and always get my glasses clean the very first time without any use of sprays. I would highly recommend this product if you wear glasses and are tired of having streaks and smears on your eyeglasses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I discovered Zeiss brand. These X- Large microfiber cloths from Zeiss are awesome. They are made of the soft material. I use these microfiber cloth to clean my eye glasses, tv and computer screens and they clean it so well. The size is perfect for a large screens, however for glasses these are a little too big.

The packaging says that it is recommended to use them together with the lens spray; I agree that they work much better that way. In fact, they do not work very well without a spray but work great with it. The washability of these cloth's is a big plus, although the only washing instruction is not to use fabric softener.
